I’ve been to this location on 2 separate occasions, and both times been”served” by the same worker with 0 customer service skills. Ignored my friend and I for up to 10-15 minutes, without even greeting us or letting us know that she’ll be with us soon. Happened both times, which is unacceptable. Haven’t returned since which sucks because I’ve had lovely interactions at other locations.

I recently visited Booster Juice and had a refreshing experience. The smoothie I ordered was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and blended perfectly. i usually have a pleasant experience whenever i come here, but today the customer service was so off, it compelled me to write a review. came in when there was no one, and the girl working was standing texting on her phone for a minute before looking up and assisting me. after i paid, she added juice to the blender and went back to texting on her phone AGAIN, and then finally she adds the remaining ingredients and starts blending. a whole minute after the blending was done she was still on her phone texting. not only that but my drink was not even filled all the way. what was supposed to be a 5 minute long visit turned to a 10 minute long visit.

Oh my god, what a rude employee they have! A girl with purple hair was so rude. I went and there are already 4-5 people, she was busy to prepare food for backup and didn’t take order for few minutes. And then she didn’t greet any coustmer at all. Really bad experience.

I recently tried the Hawaiian Sunset smoothie at the Booster juice Waterloo. The drink was extremely cold-so much that it made my teeth ache. It also had too much guava, which overpowered the other flavors. The overall quality was just okay, especially considering the price.
On the plus side, the store was clean and the customer service was friendly and efficient. If you're looking to spend around $10 on a juice, it might be worth a try, but in my opinion, there are better and more affordable options out there, like bubble tea spots that offer higher quality for less.

Evelyn did an amazing job tonight! Being so understaffed, you could tell how experienced she is - she was the cashier, food handler, beverage maker, and dishwasher on a Booster Juice promotion night. We were in and out so quickly despite her providing service alone.

Unfriendly staff , especially the one White girl work , don't know her name , very inappropriate service , I order almighty acai and she just gives me drink without proper blending , like giving in Raw form .. I think she is racist as I am Indian and she is probably being Canadian. I visited today but returned from the door after seeing her inside.
