I’ve been to this location on 2 separate occasions, and both times been”served” by the same worker with 0 customer service skills. Ignored my friend and I for up to 10-15 minutes, without even greeting us or letting us know that she’ll be with us soon. Happened both times, which is unacceptable. Haven’t returned since which sucks because I’ve had lovely interactions at other locations.

I recently visited Booster Juice and had a refreshing experience. The smoothie I ordered was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and blended perfectly. i usually have a pleasant experience whenever i come here, but today the customer service was so off, it compelled me to write a review. came in when there was no one, and the girl working was standing texting on her phone for a minute before looking up and assisting me. after i paid, she added juice to the blender and went back to texting on her phone AGAIN, and then finally she adds the remaining ingredients and starts blending. a whole minute after the blending was done she was still on her phone texting. not only that but my drink was not even filled all the way. what was supposed to be a 5 minute long visit turned to a 10 minute long visit.

Oh my god, what a rude employee they have! A girl with purple hair was so rude. I went and there are already 4-5 people, she was busy to prepare food for backup and didn’t take order for few minutes. And then she didn’t greet any coustmer at all. Really bad experience.

I recently tried the Hawaiian Sunset smoothie at the Booster juice Waterloo. The drink was extremely cold-so much that it made my teeth ache. It also had too much guava, which overpowered the other flavors. The overall quality was just okay, especially considering the price.
On the plus side, the store was clean and the customer service was friendly and efficient. If you're looking to spend around $10 on a juice, it might be worth a try, but in my opinion, there are better and more affordable options out there, like bubble tea spots that offer higher quality for less.

The employee working here is rude and I was making snap he behaved in a very bad manner. Very disappointed with the store empoyee. Not gonna come again for sure.taste is outstanding but service is worst

Evelyn did an amazing job tonight! Being so understaffed, you could tell how experienced she is - she was the cashier, food handler, beverage maker, and dishwasher on a Booster Juice promotion night. We were in and out so quickly despite her providing service alone.

Unfriendly staff , especially the one White girl work , don't know her name , very inappropriate service , I order almighty acai and she just gives me drink without proper blending , like giving in Raw form .. I think she is racist as I am Indian and she is probably being Canadian. I visited today but returned from the door after seeing her inside.

DoorDash made a mistake and brought me someone else’s order. DONNIE was super helpful and rectified the situation for me immediately despite DoorDash not being helpful at all. Super great customer service! Will return.

I come here fairly regularily and have never had an issue. Todays experience stood out to me more than usual. There was a lady working there this afternoon who was an absolute doll. She was so cheerful and friendly, not in the phoney customer service way either. Genuinely just seemed like a wonderful person, great conversation, and made us feel really welcome. My boyfriend and I got out drinks made quickly, and they tasted great as usual. Just rare to see anyone that genuinley friendly in customer service anymore (i understand why though) so I figured I'd review for that.
Parking: Can be a nightmare to find a spot here sometimes and it can be especially dangerous with all the students constantly walking in front and behind your vehicle without a care. Parking is all the way around the back of the Plaza which is helpful.
