Food was awesome as always. Got seated in a booth as soon as we walked in. Special shout out to our server, Ava. Very friendly, excellent service, never had to wait for drinks or anything else and my daughter loved her. Said I have to give her a big “present”, she meant percent tip. 🤣 Will be back again soon.

Ava was our server on a very busy Saturday. There were lots of families, and it was starting to get busy but she made the experience great for us and our 5 children. We rarely take our children out, and use these moments for life skills learning. She was so patient with our children and let them order their own food. Other places we go to do not have the patience as servers. Even with the busy evening, she checked in at the table and even offered to bring waters for our children after they finished their juices. We didn't even have to ask! She finished the evening off by bringing us wet naps. She really was the highlight of the evening!

Went in to break a bill for the Laundromat. The hostess was professional and did her job the way she should have and was polite to boot. The manager however instructed her to tell me they couldn't do this for me... Poor choice. Now instead of coming here while I wait for my laundry to finish I will never be going there ever again.

Enjoyed their $15 lunch combo deal which was excellent. The food was great, and server Harmanpreet provided polite, attentive and friendly service. The lunch combo includes a soft drink, entree and side, and quick service is guaranteed for those facing time constraints. Highly recommend BP for this lunch special. Breaded chicken pecan salad is a favourite.

I'd give this a zero... Our service was terrible, drinks were flat pop that took 15mins to get. Our appetizer came out 40mins later after we asked and came with one of our meals and then our other meals came out randomly apart not all together. You could tell the food had been sitting it was warmish and we had to go find someone to get dips, utensils and plates. The bathroom was the worst part. Walking into it every stall filled with gross unflushed things the smell was so strong you couldn't be in there, told the manager and he didn't seem concerned. I'll never go back here. BP in general service everytime is worse and worse

We have a young hyperactive kids and meal time is often difficult when we go out, but Boston Pizza Waterloo always makes us feel so welcome.
We especially love our waiter Chris. We have had him on multiple occasions. He is a gem with the kids, often bringing us extra wet wipes, accommodating little things that make our meal easier. His general, easy going attitude, understanding and awareness of families with children is wonderful. Managers reading… if you haven’t given him a raise yet we recommend you to. He deserves it!
Food of course is always great! Kids love the “worms and dirt”. Adults love the Perogie Pizza and oven baked wings. Music isn’t blaring like a lot of bars which we enjoy. Great family friendly spot!

The bathroom at this Boston Pizza is atrocious. There is dried urine all over the floor. The smell was so horrendous, it was making my daughter gag. When we mentioned it to someone else we know, they said they had been there a few months prior and the whole restaurant smelled like a sewer. They ended up leaving before ordering because the smell was so bad. This is clearly an ongoing issue. No one seems motivated to fix it.
Great location. Our server Mia took the time to answer all our questions and was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
