Met up with my daughter for lunch and totally enjoyed the whole experience. Great food, service was friendly and efficient, and they didn't rush you out. Place was moderately busy at that time.

First the good points. Adriana our server did a great job looking after us. None of the negative points reflect on her. She would get a 5out of 5. Now the negative. We were a party of 6 coming in around noon on a Sunday. We placed our order and had to wait 40 minutes before it arrived. People that arrived after us were served first. The pasta dishes were good quantity and fair price. My Philly sandwich was ok but skimpy on the beef. Not good value. One member had the meat pizza and it was the biggest disappointment. Hardly any meat. It was so bad that the manager took it off the bill. It should never have been served like that. I would assume head office is directing the restaurants to skimp. Will not be back.

Lauryn serviced us today in the Waterloo Boston pizza. We had a great dine in experience. We were not sure if the lunch menu would be fulfilling so we asked her for some feedback and any recommendations. She gave us some input and we choose well. I ordered the deep dish chicken pizza so good and tasty. My husband ordered the steak sandwich with fresh cut fries. I had enough pizza left over for supper. The service was impeccable, Lauryn was very sociable, polite and is great at engaging with her customers. We will definitely be back service matters! The restaurant was a bit quiet around noon but it was a very snowy day and an early start to the day. I had no room for dessert today it was so good.

I made a pick up order on Tuesday evening. The server didn’t give my husband all the bags and so he came home missing a large portion of the order. I called and talked to the manager who not only personally drove the food to my house ( a 25 minute drive in traffic) but also had the food remade fresh before he left! He also brought us the original order and a free dessert! Extremely amazing service and I will definitely go to this location again. The food was also made very well compared to other Boston pizzas I’ve been to! Highly recommend

We had to book a birthday party last minute for 32 people, because the planned venue messed up big time. All the staff were absolutely incredible to accommodate us. The day of the party Rachel and Lauryn went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly and on time. They were very attentive and so personable. The made the party so enjoyable. I'm so happy we ended up here for the party and would highly recommend anyone planning a party to go here! Party tables were set up so nice and clean, food was delicious as always at BP. This is what customer service should be everywhere. Thank you to all BP staff!
