Been to this place many times and have always had good service. Last time was just.. not very good. Very unorganized the girl didn't really seem to know what was happening. Maybe was new but... Just overall not a great experience. Forgot a few things, things were added on bills that shouldn't .. they made the best of it, service was slow to get drinks...45 min to get a beer....

I recently dined at Boston Pizza and was absolutely blown away by the culinary experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would highly recommend to everyone.

The pizza is delicious and the best for me in Waterloo, the staff is cordial, and the overall experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some tasty pizza and pasta.
Last time we were there was not quite 2 years ago. I would always have some of an individual pizza left to take home. Today I was flabbergasted! They are so small and pricy! Two individual pizzas and 2 beer came to $66 with tip?! We left hungry :(

Amazing Bar service and food the service was excellent its been a while since i can genuinely say i enjoyed my experience out. The waterloo location is probably has the most structured team food didnt take long at all to receive and tasted amazing. 10/10 would recommend for birthday get together or any events as the service was impeccable.

It's certainly no mystery to me why there are less Boston Pizza locations. Just finished dinner at the Waterloo Location after having one of the worst dine in experiences that I've had anywhere in a very long time. Won't get into the particulars, but will never go there again!!Kid-friendliness: Not so good
