For prices that somehow jumped over $20, there was a respectable serving, and we were kindly served with plenty of chicken. Intriguing and appetizing flavours (but there are superior alternatives).
The service is wonderful, God bless the two ladies who were working this Friday.

Bourbon St. Grill is my go-to food court destination when I am at the mall. Even when I am not at the mall, I still get wild cravings for it (sometimes the bourbon chicken, sometimes the broccoli). I tried making it at home but it's never the same, so I guess I just have to come back.
My go-to: Combo 1 1 rice/noodle - spicy noodle (thicker udon like - described as medium spicy) 1 meat - bourbon chicken (moist, salty, sweet, lots of protein) 1 veg - mixed vegetable (because the broccoli is always perfect and bright green)
The combo is usually enough for two meals as the whole serving is incredibly heavy and they pack a lot on it. Pair that with a (cheaper) drink from the grocery store and it's a perfect food court meal. Note that it is definitely salty so better to have your drink beforehand.

I have been to this location on numerous occasions and really hoped each time I visited it would get better, but it’s not. The bourbon chicken is burnt and very chewy, the portions given are not even as I see others in front of me getting more food than I have ordered and it’s the same priced order. I guess I must look like someone whom you can give less to and get away with it. Well that being said I would not visit this location again unfortunately.

I ate fried rice, honey glazed chicken, orange chicken, got home, I and my daughter both got food poisoning. Staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful at the location, this is the first time it has happened to me in this city, the cleanliness of this location is questionable.

I have been to Bourbon St. Grill a few times and have never had an issue. I favourite the Lo Mein usually. Went to get an order of Lo Mein today, I had two bites of my meal and found that there was a metal wire in my food!?!This is highly dangerous and absolutely unacceptable!!.. Not sure if it's from a metal wire wool sponge for cleaning the trays or whatnot but couldn't believe there was a metal wire in my food. I put the wire in a napkin and showed the staff at the counter and they asked if I wanted another meal made for me.. I said no (for obvious resons).. and asked for my refund. I did receive the refund. (after some debate)I told the staff in a nice manner to ensure they clean the Lo Mein tray and remake that food and be more vigilant with the trays. The staff did apologise but I still did not see them take action to remove or clean out the Lo Mein tray or check other trays to ensure another customer did not go through what I did.. Could of been dangerous had the metal wire been ingested. Won't be back.
I couldn't try the food because the staff discriminated against me and my family based on our religion and background, claiming that all their dishes contained alcohol, which goes against my Muslim beliefs. However, after some research, I found out that this wasn't the case at all. It's clear they intentionally refused to serve us. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I even considered contacting the authorities about the discrimination we faced.

The bourbon chicken isn't something I would make myself at home so it's a treat every once in a while. Everything is fresh and on point taste wise. I try not to think about all the chemicals that make it so tender and just enjoy!! ? Enjoy your food.

After expressing I was vegetarian and would like a separate container for the chicken (to bring to my SO) they refused to provide a second container and than tried to tell me I could “move the chicken over” in the end I had to PAY for a second container and did not get to eat any of my portion.
