Our experience was truly unforgettable, and that is entirely because of our waiter, Jordan, who went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment she greeted us, her warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm immediately set a positive and welcoming tone. She made us feel comfortable right away, and her friendly sense of humor brought so much joy and ease to our table. One of the most thoughtful moments was when she took the time to wish us a happy birthday, which made the celebration feel even more special and personal. Throughout the entire visit, Jordan paid close attention to every detail and tailored her service to each and every one of our needs, ensuring that everything was accessible, organized, and smooth from start to finish. She checked in at just the right moments, anticipated what we might need before we even had to ask, and was always ready to help wherever she was needed.

What truly stood out was how genuine her care and effort felt — it never once seemed like she was just doing her job, but rather that she truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. Her positive energy and professionalism elevated the entire atmosphere and turned our visit into something memorable rather than ordinary. Employees like Jordan are incredibly rare, and the level of dedication, kindness, and attentiveness she brings absolutely deserves recognition. She truly deserves a raise and a promotion for the exceptional service she provides and the way she represents excellence in customer care. Because of her, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and I would honestly come back again just for the opportunity to be served by her and enjoy her amazing presence.

Jordan made our birthday dinner such an unforgettable experience. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely celebrated—she even wished us a happy birthday in the sweetest, most thoughtful way. Her energy was warm, kind, and funny, and she checked in on us perfectly without ever being overbearing. What really stood out was how she tailored everything to each person at the table, making sure all our needs were met and that everything was accessible and comfortable for everyone.

One of my favorite moments was bonding with her over perfume—specifically Al Ibrahim Qurashi Sun Musk—which felt so personal and made the whole night even more special. It’s rare to meet a server who connects with you on that level while still being so professional and attentive. Jordan truly deserves recognition, a raise, and honestly a promotion for the care and effort she puts into her work. The experience was so great that I would come back just to be served by her again. She turned a simple birthday dinner into a memory we’ll always cherish.

I went here for a big work lunch last week.

I was pleasantly surprised - on a menu that has every kind of food (not usually a positive), every bite I had was good. There was also some nice heat in some dishes. They had a Bellwoods sour on tap - always a plus.

I would be happy to come back with my family and spend my own money.
