my burger and bun fresh and satisfying my husband had juicy Lucy on gluten free bun. burger was half the size of mine because of smaller bun 3.00 extra charge for bun. burger same price but less meat. why not just charge regular price since you are giving less meat. will say he still enjoyed it

Never knew this place existed here , just beside Costco Kitchener. Gave it a try and i can easily say it has one of the best burgers in town. Ordered a Machine with Bacon ( Interesting Name ) , it is basically a double cheese burger, O boy it was Amazing. Patties were super juicy and very fresh unlike frozen garbage which other placed like McDonald's & Harvey offer. On top of that service is top notch, restaurant staff is super friendly and made sure to check on how the meal was. Definitely coming back next to try the "Juicy Lucy" - Another Interesting name.

This place knows how to make a truly delicious burger! The flavors were incredible, and every bite was a delight. I especially enjoyed the cheesy Lucy burger, the melted cheese inside was a fantastic surprise. It was the perfect blend of juicy and flavorful, and I can't wait to go back for another one plus they have very friendly staff. I highly recommend this spot to any burger enthusiast!

The bun is bigger than the patty. The video playing at the front entrance shows a man cutting up meat and freezing the patties made. I would like to see more proof of their “fresh meat”. Plus the prices are absurd. $7 tornado and for the make it a meal, you get a can of pop. It seems like the franchise is trying to squeeze the owner who is in turn squeezing the customer. $3 for a slice of beef bacon? At least Shelby’s will give you two slices. Jalapeños are a $0.69 extra, Mac n cheese bites are $23for a 3 pound bag, what is your price? I understand that you are a business, but $60 for a shake, poutine, 2 Lucy’s and a barbican? Which barbican probably isn’t even supplied by the franchise is theft. Tried it once, over hyped food, would not return.
The service was great, the server asked us to review the food, I didn’t have the heart to tell the server that without the grease and his effort, it’d give it one star.

ONE OF THE BEST! Cheese burgers I've ever eaten!! This was my first time visiting this location and I was very happy that I stopped by this location! The food was delicious and very fresh! The young lady working provided the best costumer service I've have received at any burger factory joint I've visited! The bread was perfectly toasted I ordered The Machine and my wife had The Steak Utility both were amazing and delicious..I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

Our server Aniket was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations that turned out to be spot on. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal, adding a personal touch that made the experience even better. The burgers were delicious, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for, but the excellent service made it unforgettable. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Aniket if you get the chance!
