The food was fantastic! Homemade fries reminded me of childhood roadtrips when we would stop at a fry stand! The options for toppings were plenty. So much I wanted to try, so I will have to return. I took one star off the atmosphere only because there are remnants of decorations on the lights and a cozy cobweb hanging over our head in the light fixture. Staff was amazing and friendly. We will be back!
This place is amazing, i got the crispy chicken burger and it was the best thing I've tasted (other than McDonalds) and the fries were perfect i would go here everyday if i didn't live in woodstock

The place looks decent and service is fine. The cheeseburger tastes good but the price for the minuscule patty is excessive. Reduce the sauces to benefit the size of the patty. Also, unfortunately the fries were inedible. The taste was off and they were over fried.

Ok so there are burger joints everywhere and its hard to determine one from another and well ill just say that its not the burger that has me mesmerized, its the fries. I've spend hours trying to perfect the art of the fry and I know this much a Tri fry is where its at, im more than sure that this place follows that methodology and thats why its my top pic of the franchise fry! Other than the fries the burger is a true slab of meat on a bun, its great and the price is comparable to market ask, but its just that much better than the average market taste. If you haven't been here b4 then its about time you make your way down here. A warning ⚠️ to you, once you've had these fries it will ruin you cus it will be hard to have any other without a comparison.

I heard Burger Factory was the best burger joint you can find, so when I was dropping off my son at skyzone it was my chance to try it out. It was incredible. Every bite was heavenly. I drove my other son crazing going on and on about how amazing this Burger was. We got just the plain cheese burgers. I even felt the need to make a post about how amazing this place is on my tictok!! This was a few months ago. Last night I decided to treat my son while his brothers were off at camp and decided to visit a closer location to home (waterloo) and was absolutely disappointed in our Burgers 🍔 They were nothing like the kitchener location. I will definitely be going a bit further next time. I 💯 recommend the same, especially if your expecting to dine in. For the price we payed, we could have went to south street which is close to home and amazing.

The burgers here are simply delicious. I ordered juicy lucy on fire and it’s the best beef patty they have out there, justifies the name. They were quick to make it and even the chocolate shake was so good. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to grab a quick snack/meal.
