Went to get 2 ice cream cones and 4 piece nuggets. The cones were a joke! The ice cream swirl stood not even an inch from the top of the rim of the cone. Smaller than a kids cone... and we said no to the nuggets. So glad I saw the cones before purchasing them.

Horrible service. The took my order thru the drive thru, then proceed to ignore me, after waiting like 5 minutes for a response, eventually drove up to the windows to ask for my food, ended up honking a few times. Then eventually they came to the window and told me there weren't open... first when didn't they have a sign, bk always serves breakfast food. And 2nd, why would you take my order? So.... unprofessional. Very disappointed in there service.

Went threw the drive thru and got the wrong order, the wrong burger I got wasn’t wrapped properly and the lady who passed the bag to me crumpled the entire bag passing it to me. Just terrible.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the entire world.I asked for large fries and large coke zero.... she gave me coke, and I stated to her multiple times coke zero... I can not have the sugar... still didn't listen.This is the large fries and pop.I have been here once before and said never again... Tonight, I thought I'd give them another chance as I have a 1.5 hour drive home.... dumb decision.

They have wrote online that the store hours are always 10:30am when they open and I’m always working on the go so I go there right when they open but the doors are always locked and they aren’t open this isn’t the first time it’s happened over 5 times. If the door says 10:30am then it should be open at 10:30
Grabbed take out from here with a friend. It's really clean inside, and looked really nice. Employees though seemed unhappy to be there though, as several others have mentioned no smiles or pleasantries when you get there. Food came decently quick, and was hot for the order. Whopper combos and chicken nuggets tasted good, although it would be disappointing if they messed up their signature burger. Hopefully morale picks up in the future
