I have to say the quality of their meats are substandard. The beef is full of grissle. The chicken was a stringy mess. I think it is because of their all you can eat menu and trying to have a reasonable price point. I would rather pay for quality over quantity and have set prices for each dish. Service is good however.

The service truly stood out, the staff were kind, always willing to help, and always present but never overbearing. One of the servers took the time to show us the best way to use the garlic butter. It was a great value for the whole experience, very easygoing as well. We will be coming back!

We've been two times. Once during the week and once during the weekend. The food is amazing!! The staff are friendly. It does tend to get really hot when they are full/busy, so wear a t-shirt underneath, in case you need to take a layer off. But totally recommend.

When we first pulled in we didn't know if it was open. Its a but run down and the blinds are all down. But as soon as we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere, the space, the smell!! Omg it delicious. I ate so much that I had to change my clothes for the 2 hr drive back home haha. The tip is included in the price so make sure to know that too. The staff was friendly and explained the menu and how to order, its scanning a QR on your phone, sounds complicated but super easy and actually quite fun lol. Thank you!

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The food was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff and service was exceptional and there were plenty of choices on the menu. The outside of the building is a little rundown, but the fresh food and excellent service more than made up for it.
Went here for a family birthday celebration. First time at a restaurant like this. It was a very good experience. The food was good. The service was excellent! Restaurant was a bit small. The outside aesthetics was not inviting. Inside was ok. They overall experience was very good.

I have been a regular customer to this place but, I got very much disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere of course affected once you don't get better service as well as the food. Their food menu has shrinked. Two waiters seemed like enemy of each other and their energy was really not good. If the waiters are tired, the manager at the site should give them a break. We ordered miso soup, they were not as good as before. Overall, 2.5 rating. Please talk and communicate to each other. Communication is key in order to a better management.

I went this last weekend for the first time and was very disappointed. The beef I got just wasn't very good, and some of the shrimp I ordered hadn't been de-veined properly. I also got the spicy potatoes and the spice level was low. The Miso soup and kimchi were good though. Service and atmosphere were great, no complaints there, but unfortunately I was mostly there for the food. Given the price I paid, I expected better.

Amazing food and fantastic experience! Our server Tony was extremely polite and respectful, he made the experience all the more pleasant! They set-up everything for you, bring you all the dishes and constantly make sure your table is looked after. The only negative feedback was that we didn't get all the food that we ordered. It felt like they kept bringing us 1 of something when we ordered 2-3 of them...almost as if they wanted us to finish eating faster.

Our table of four had a great visit to Busan today! Our server Neha was so kind and helpful, sharing tips to get great results on the grill, and explaining all the sauces and seasonings available. The service team was amazing at keeping drinks full and bringing out food SO quickly. They even noticed without prompting when we needed more napkins! The service truly was outstanding and the food was super tasty. We wouldn’t hesitate to return :)
