I came year on new years and the food was really amazing The first server did a really poor job and then another server, a lady came and helped us with the bbq The issue i have is the automatic tip added to our bill, that is wrong and you need to explain what that is for to your customers. But we paid regardless, but what got me irritated was the server, a male guy, was trying to get us to pay another tip intentionally until we mentioned that we already paid the automatic tip you guys made us pay. What was that all about???

Amazing experience at Busan Korean BBQ! The meats were fresh and flavorful, especially the all you can eat ribeye and pork belly, the grill at the table is a great social activity. Loved the variety of meat choices and variety of sauces, garlic butter, shrimp and mushrooms combo was my favourite. Don't miss the cheese corn as well. Fun atmosphere, great service, and delicious food — definitely coming back! 🔥🥩

Food is good. Tables are a bit too close together, I couldn’t get out of my seat while the table behind us was there. The service was pretty slow towards the end , but they were really busy so we understood. It’s my daughter’s favourite place to eat.

Staff were great. Food was okay. One of the only restaurants that forces u to pay a certain percentage in tips. Tips are optional but they built in a specific percent of tips into our bill.

The food was good, service excellent, BATHROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Pee, stains, gross. It felt like 3am in a bar in those bathrooms. As someone who has visited Busan, the atmosphere in this restaurant gives nothing of that beautiful city. The staff is hardworking and kind and appear sad. It made me sad to see them working so hard but no managers anywhere ensuring customers were having an enjoyable time. It feels like a place that is being run by owners who are not involved in its operation. Again, the food was delicious but it was very expensive and the kids prices are outrageous. I had to ask for the price after we were seated and it was $15.99 per kid. Please consider how little two kids under the age of 10 will eat and adjust your prices otherwise you’re out of touch and people like us won’t return. I would have been your biggest advocate, as this was my kids very first time having Korean BBQ, but you lost me with the bathrooms and atmosphere.

First time trying KBBQ. Really good food! Was super impressed with the food, how it was all seasoned, presentation, and the entire cooking experience. Wide variety of meats and other items. Super delicious! We all left very full.
Restaurant could be cleaner, men's bathroom was in ok shape, I was told by my fiancee that the women's bathroom was a disaster.
Somewhat more expensive but it's all you can eat, and it's quite a cool experience.
The menu at Busan was really good!! Went here for a date, and had a fun time with the AYCE! I personally liked the Tangy Soy sliced beef, the specialty steak, and the pineapple. Really nice staff too!
