If you are coming here to work (like me), you should know that the wifi here is IPv6 only, which makes many websites unable to be accessed. Paid $20 to be productive and instead could not access most of the websites I need to study. Disappointing.

a cozy spot in Uptown Waterloo with a really nice vibe. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away. It’s a great place to chill with a coffee or hang out with friends.
I have to say, though, the desserts were a bit of a letdown. They weren’t very fresh and were way too sweet for my taste. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was kind of disappointing. Despite that, the atmosphere and the friendly service make it worth a visit.

Cutest and coziest cafe ever!! Daniella is so kind and makes everyone her friends right away. I spilled my whole latte and they got me a new one immediately, and i lost my takeout container and they insisted on making me a new one and paying me back despite it not being their fault at all.. great service! The food was amazing and large portion which is rare these days, and there were such beautiful baked goods available as well!! Love this place and will be coming back!

Best cafe in Waterloo! The service was exceptional! Daniella is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Although it’s as simple as getting coffee, she made it the best experience - she is just so attentive and kind. Not to mention, the atmosphere, other staff, and food are unreal!

Cute intimate cafe with a nice window view of Uptown Waterloo. Food here is a bit pricey, I bought a turkey wrap and a large coffee and everything was $22. While the wrap was a good size, it was open on both ends and coupled with a small plate, it made for a messy lunch. The coffee tasted great but it comes in such a small cup despite ordering a large.

There seemed to be only 2 people working during the lunch hour (the owner and a staff member) and they were stretched thin between helping customers and completing catering orders, some menu items were unavailable as a result. They were kind though and the food and coffee were delivered relatively quickly.

Overall a decent place, a bit pricey but great ambience.

Parking: Cafe is facing King Street. Free parking available at lots around the block.

A hidden gem in the heart of Waterloo. Delicious (unpretentious) coffee, panini, salads, and many deserts and squares to choose from.

Friendly service and lots of tables to chat and work at.

I just ordered a cold caramel and vanilla coffee with a panini. Even though it was busy, I got everything in very little time. The owner is very kind and friendly. Best cafe in town for a budget. Despite the variety of sweets, it's challenging to choose one, but I'll definitely come back for desserts. Just love it??

me and my boyfriend payed $45 for two drinks and a crossiant and wrap. my matcha was good, but his chai had no flavor and both drinks were 90% ice. the food was incredibly mid and quite soggy. save your money and go to tim’s or starbucks down the road.

Ordered two coffees which were served warm. When this was brought to the servers attention, she gave some lame excuse that the pot had been left somewhere but not on the warmer and simply went and warmed them up in the microwave!! Appalling service indeed!! Very poor attention to detail and training. The manager / Owner later suggested they could make another pot - but too late. This should have been done in the very first instance. The first action and impression had left its mark. Poor. Don't think we will visit this cafe again.
