They don’t give bags for orders and charge money if you ask for paper bags. Ended up spilling the drinks while walking back because bags were not provided. Like other reviews, the paper tray provided is flimsy and will break your drink.

It was our first time in the store. We ordered a mango tea and a strawberry smoothie.
When asked what extras we want , we werent sure and instead of offering us help when we asked a question about the drink, we were met with attitude and impatience from the cashier. He was snarky and looked annoyed. I felt embarassed because he made me feel bad about not knowing what extras were for which drink. It was our first time here and we wont be returning to this location.
The smoothie was tasteless but the mango tea I can say did taste good.

I don’t know if it’s just this location but the tea tastes so watered down. It tasted like a teabag was soaked in water instead of milk. I also ordered a cheese tart which was warmed up but still served half-cold. The bathrooms had no paper towel. Wouldn’t come back here. Go to nowtea if you can.
EDIT: I want to edit this review because I had chosen “fresh milk” which the employee let me know is not the regular milk and is more watery. She remade my drink with the normal milk and gave me another tart heated all the way through. Everything was great the second time. I’m really surprised they saw my review while I was in there Haha, most places are not usually so attentive. The workers name who helped me started with a J (Im not sure how to spell it) and I really appreciate her help. Bottom line: If anything ever is not right, just let them know and I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to remedy it for you. Thank you for the great service (:

I recently visited ChaTime for the first time, and I'm already hooked! The bubble teas here are excellent, with a perfect blend of flavors that keep you coming back for more. What really sets this place apart is the ability to customize your drink—being able to choose your preferred level of ice and sugar is exceptional. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Absolutely loved it!
Parking: The parking at ChaTime is fantastic! You can park your car right in front of the store, making it super convenient to pop in and grab your bubble tea. Loved the easy access!

I got a mango smoothie from here today and it tastes like heaven in every sip!
Kashaf was my server today and she went above and beyond in order to accommodate my dietary restrictions and created a world-class mango smoothie for me. I felt like she is one the very few people who like to uphold the utmost levels of good service out here.
I highly recommend this place for putting your smoothie cravings to rest!

I’ve been going to this location for over two years now and at first it was great but it slowly had gone down hill.
The quality in the drinks had changed significantly. The milk teas tasted watered down and although the sugar level is 100% it tasted like it’s at 70%.
Only reason I came here was because they open later than other milk tea places but I will not be coming back to this location again as the price is not worth the low quality tea

I've been going here for many years. Never had an issue until now so I have to leave this review. I ordered a drink from the Kiosk and was left waiting for my drink because they were too busy standing there doing nothing talking to each other. When I walk in the employees don't greet you anymore, too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the customers. Customer service has gone down hill as well as the drinks, hire employees with better customer service and knows how to make bbt. Aug, 21 3:15pm

I recently visited Chat Time with family and friends around 10 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having two hours left before closing, the staff, including the store manager, refused to let us sit at the empty tables. They claimed the tables were already cleaned and, being understaffed, they couldn't clean them again.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was off-limits for no clear reason, causing additional inconvenience. There were only two staff members working, and neither seemed interested in providing any level of customer service. A group was occupying most of the seats, playing cards, leaving us, including elderly members of our group, standing. When we asked about this, the store manager was indifferent and unhelpful.
Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience, and the lack of customer service was appalling. We expected a welcoming environment but were met with indifference and poor management.
