Too pricey for even a small cup. I think they should nice about charging a cheap price for people who don’t want boba. It’s just a ten cent difference without the boba which I think is unfair. The appearance of the bottle doesn’t look great. They are minimizing the size of the cups which is not great. The quality is a so-so for me. One time they make it great and the other time it’s passionless. Well it is in the university that’s why the quality can be lacking. Hope this review helps to improve.

The most NON-INCLUSIVE workplace ever!! Some staff is so harsh on other people and lenient on themselves. The SOP says the shaker should wash all the dishes, including the blenders, but an Indian female doesn’t do her job, which makes everything super slow and annoying. The Indian female also asks other people not to wash the blenders because it’s less work for them. The full-time staff is doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help with this situation!! AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Staff is extremely slow at making drinks. Also, the quality varies from being pretty good one day and being bad the next. The Taro Smoothie is very grainy (more grainy than other Chatimes) and not sure if they didn't hear me but when I asked for 25% sugar they gave me what was like 120% sugar.
