I placed an order through Skip with Cheese Heads here in Toronto. Their delivery times were clearly listed and I ordered well within those hours. To my surprise, they cancelled my order way before the delivery time window even ended. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. If a restaurant is listed as available for delivery, customers should be able to rely on that. Honestly, they should be removed from Skip altogether, and maybe even reconsider offering delivery at all, because the reviews here are not doing them any justice.

What an absolute cash grab this is... making grilled cheese out of an industrial unit and selling them on door dash as a 25 dollar meal. What has the world come to?

Skip lists the Brampton location as having a rating of 9.8. What a joke. If I could give it 0 I would.
We got chicken sandwiches. They were burnt and inedible little hockey pucks from frozen garbage.
The “cheese” on it was basically wax. Complete inedible. For a place called “cheeseheadz” I expected…..real cheese. I know. How silly of me.
The chilli cheese fries were just fries with maybe some jalapeno. No queso, no chilli.
We got A&W at a gas station after this complete failure. It was cheaper and we got much much better food.

I believe this is just a virtual store created by Philthy's, which by the way, is a horrible place in almost every aspect (read my review of it).
THE least flavorful mac and cheese I have ever had, better off with a box of KD. There was also hardly any pasta and was overwhelmingly just sauce

54$ for 2 grilled cheese and 2 small sides (66$ after skip fees). The taste was fine, no issue there, but the cost is just a joke. I had to get something else to eat after this as the size was so small. On their skip menu they have photos, their mac and cheese bites show 10+ pieces and I got 4. Deep friend cheese curds had maybe 8 pieces. If you don't care about money and you want something reasonably tasty this place will do. For the rest of us, order from literally anywhere else and get yourselves a meal.
