little to no dressing on my ceaser salad, fries were cold and the bun hard. this chuck is getting worse each time I go. but not going anymore. I tired of wasting money on crappy food. unfortunately it's not only chucks.
was seated on patio and had drink order taken. 20 minutes later no drink served and never saw another wait staff.
went in to see what was up, there was only dishwasher working, no other staff to be seen.
I left pissed at wasting half hour
We have frequented this chucks often and have seen a steady decline over the past while. Prices higher and quality poorer. My husband ordered the rib and wing meal and the ribs were thin and he got the tip so it was really lacking. I asked for the ranch dip that comes with my meal and I was told it was taken off the menu (why?! how much could a bit of ranch actually put the restaurant back?)
