I ordered 2 orders of BOGO Chicken sandwich combos through Skip and used a voucher of "$20 off $30" in Skip app. When i was picking up the order, the food was already packaged. I asked how many combos are there. The manager straight up lied to my face saying I should only get 2 combos and wanted to kick me out of the restaurant ASAP. I argued that I should get 4 combos because i ordered BOGO twice. I even showed him the difference between ordering BOGO 1 time vs 2 times on app. He didnt care and said "Skip the dishes only pays us for $17 so you should only get 2 combos. I dont care about the voucher. If you dont like it then cancel the order".

I then proceeded to chat with Skip and they offered to refund $17 as a credit. When i was taking picture of the order to send to chat, manager comes out and said they received the request and laughed at me "Now you are eating free food. I dont know how you sleep at night". He was still yelling as I was leaving the store.

I work with customers every day and this would be the last thing to come across my mind. This is a truly shocking experience. Not only is the manager straight up deceiving the customer, he is also denying the orders and asking people to cancel them because he doesnt want to fulfill them.

I received the incorrect order and returned the chicken; however, I was concerned to see that it was subsequently returned to the display rack for sale to other customers. Disgusting. 🤮🤢

Chicken was extremely greasy, rubbery and bland (even with spicy). Fries were meh. The only thing keeping this place from a 1 is the sweet glazed biscuit.

I came near closing time today and just wanted to say that Rajad and Happy were so helpful and sweet to talk to despite us showing up 10 minutes before closing

Update: got a large pack of honey butter biscuits today and I think they changed the recipe because they SUCK SO BAD NOW. So dry and u cant taste any butter or honey flavour. It used to be the only thing that made me go to churches over Popeyes. Service still good though.

They took 45 min to serve me my sandwich. I told them I am allergic to onions and they double the onions and the chicken was raw. Not even to talk about the employees being disrespectful and racist towards everyone and denying legal rights to use of bathroom and water. This is the most racist place and controlling. Never go unless u want Samurai

Tonight we went to Church’s Texas Chicken to get some strips & fries. When placing the order we asked for two 3-pc strips & fries. We got our food fairly quickly then headed home because it was rush hour traffic. By the time we got home (30 min later) we finally sat down to eat & came to the realization that our order was wrong. Instead of 3 chicken strips, we were given 2 drumsticks and 1 breast for both orders. When we called they refused to give a refund.

So mid rush hour we travelled back to the King & University Church’s and spoke to the ladies at the counter who agreed to replace our food with what we actually ordered once a receipt was shown. The one lady at the counter laughed at us the entire time and kept rolling her eyes. When the cashier took our food back to swap it out, they took the chicken that we had
!ALREADY TOUCHED! And put it back on the trays for other customers.

For anyone who was wondering, this is extremely against health code and a major violation. The food should have been thrown out especially since it had already been gone from the store for 30+ minutes. When we brought up the health code violation both girls at the counter laughed and ignored our statement.
We left and decided to just go eat our food.
Finally we got home and our food order was STILL wrong and we somehow got spicy chicken instead of normal chicken. (yes we checked the box. You cannot tell the difference until taking a bite).

I’m not even concerned about the food mix up at this point, it’s the disgusting health code violations that were made after food left the store and had been touched, then put back onto a tray of freshly cooked chicken.

Service is slow. Fried Chicken did not taste good and was overcooked. More oily skin than meat. Also they changed their fries from the crinkled cut to the generic style. OVERPRICED.

bbq chicken sandwich seems like sauce bottle blasted over the buns with mountain of salt catalyze the reaction chain.
Guys stop wasting people hard earned money first & last visit to this place..

They took 20 minutea for #doordash delivery. Staff is busy with each other -and they did not care if any one is waiting for the order. I endes up by cancelling the order

I ordered food after my shift, I was hungry so I got a combo for me and my girlfriend and these are the fries they gave us

Service (@waterloo) is really slow, waited more than 30 minutes for some chickens. Staffs are unprofessional aswell as they are not serving the food as per their promised time.
