Church's Texas Chicken

I’m reading review from this location just to confirm if I’m the only one who had a bad experience with this place.

- Poor costumer service staffs seems irritated when getting asked or even rushing even if it’s slow.

- food quality in this location sucks, chicken taste old, gravy is to watery like they were trying to save cost and tasteless

Poorly manage, this shouldn’t happened if there a supervisor on shift

really love their sandwiches and honey butter biscuits. the staff is really sweet!

Staff was very nice and biscuit is very fresh n tasty

Crispy, juicy chicken with bold seasoning and generous portions. The jalapeño bombers are amazing easily the highlight and a must try. Service was quick and prices are reasonable. Great spot when you’re craving no-nonsense comfort fried chicken.

The fried chicken is decent. Crunchy breading, less thick than a double breading but still satisfying. Not spicy - very mild, in fact. Onion rings also decent and crispy, breaded like A&W rings but keep their shape much better. The coleslaw is a good example of the midwestern mayo-style with carrot and red cabbage; the ingredients are the right size and proportion. The honey buns are a highlight.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich. Was met with a smile and heart warming hospitality.
I am tolerant of spice, and even saying that I found this pretty spicy, however very delicious.
Will be coming back !

Very disappointing experience at Church’s Texas Chicken.
The place was dirty and not well maintained, with loud Indian music playing at an extremely high volume — very annoying and unprofessional.
I expected much better from a well-known restaurant chain like Church’s. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness and proper atmosphere because the experience was really unpleasant

It was very very plain tasting, but I’m assuming that’s how it’s supposed to be so I didn’t dock my review any stars. The chicken was well-cooked and the fries were perfectly crispy.
