Nancy was great, helping us pick the best sweet treat for our mom’s birthday when we were having trouble. She really felt like she wanted the best for us and our mom which created a real sense of care from her side.

Came here with a group and I will start with the service. The lady serving us was very friendly and informative as it was our first time. She was great to interact with.
First, it is important to note that this place is vegan/dairy free. It definitely is not like your other store bought or Cinnabons shops. However that is not a bad thing in my opinion. We had a mixture of the classic/Cookie Monster and couple of orders of the cookie dough. The overall consensus was that it was good overall but notably different.
Having been vegan prior, it was something my wife and I enjoyed and loved that it was dairy free. We would definitely come back if we were in the area looking for a treat. Probably not with our kids.

Save your money . It’s not worth it . I tried cookie monster and regular cookies they don’t worth the money and the bun wasn’t fresh and the frosting doesn’t taste good. It’s overrated and overpriced.

Hi. I went to the store at the waterloo location to get my usual campfire smores and i got a lot of frosting with a dot of chocolate sauce. This is unusual because i always get this and i have never gotten something that looks like this. I was craving a dessert just for me to get this. I am super upset UPDATE: i contacted the email at the waterloo location and I haven’t received a reply for 2 days now. Very disappointing

I was really excited to try this new spot but unfortunately it just wasn’t very good. We got two cinnamon rolls with cream cheese (one brownie, cookie dough, caramel, and the other brownie and sprinkles) but the tastes and flavours came off across manufactured, processed, and plasticy. Service was great, prices were good with 20% off customize, atmosphere warm and cozy, and location is ideal on King St. Unfortunately won’t be going back.
Tried Cinnaholic today, and I’m seriously impressed! It’s 100% vegan certified, yet you’d never be able to tell the difference from regular cinnamon rolls the taste was incredible. The sweetness was just right, perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. I also loved that they offer fresh fruit toppings, which really elevate the rolls and make them feel lighter and more refreshing.
Their coffee options are a nice bonus too you can choose from almond milk or oat milk, which pairs perfectly with their desserts. The location is super convenient, right downtown, so it’s easy to stop by.
Server was Johannes, and he made the experience even better. He was attentive, kind, and really made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a fantastic visit can’t wait to go back!

I stopped in here shortly after they opened. I got a cinnamon roll with a few toppings and a coffee. The topping selection is phenomenal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cinnamon roll was warm and fresh. I would definitely go there again to try some different toppings.

YUM! Just tried their snickerdoodle cookie and it’s so freakin good. This is a 100% vegan bakery and you honestly can’t even tell they don’t use any egg or dairy products. I also ordered a dozen of the baby cinnabuns and the brownies. The customer service from when I called to order to pick up of said order, was 11/10. I think this has become my new go to bakery!
