Food is crazy cheap and crazy tasty. I feel like the owner is underselling the food because its just that good. And now it closes at 10:30, literally too goated, i would literally walk from waterloo campus just for circle food.

Everything about this place is great! The atmosphere and decor are very cute and cozy. The food was very good and the owner even gave us extra for a mistake that we didn't even notice. The quality is some of the best I've had in Waterloo.

I went to this restaurant about a year ago and ordered a shengjian bao, waited almost 40 minutes and ended up receiving food that was different sizes, not shengjian at all, just regular buns and very bad taste, and I left a one star bad review but no additional comments but the owner said that I have never been to this restaurant before. Won't be spending money again.
