Initially I saw a lot of bad press about this restaurant online (e.g., owing staff money, kitchen being unsanitary, owner bad attitude) and didn’t believe it (BIG MISTAKE), but now I do.
I ordered a chicken bento for takeout. The portion was generous and the owner was nice in store. I realized that some parts of the chicken was slightly undercooked after I had already eaten most of it. I threw the food away and didn’t think much of it until I fell ill the next day and started vomiting. I was bed-ridden and had the same symptoms for two weeks. Honestly wouldn’t have thought to write a bad review until this happened…
I commented on a post about the restaurant (“After I ate it I fell ill, puked for two weeks…”) as a response to another customer who shared similar experiences. The owner of the store responded with “hahahahah 😂 laugh so hard i could die 😆 hope you’re still alive”.
I do not understand why the owner has this attitude when they own a restaurant that serves food to people and people are getting sick! They do not take customer service seriously at all- they do not care about their customers and the very least they could’ve done was apologize and reflect on this, yet they laughed at the customer and wish the customer is not dead? Worst experience ever.

Tried Circle Food for the first time and was really impressed. Food was freshly made to order. Price was reasonable and portions sizes were great. I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice don and fried chicken, both tasted really good. Staff were super nice and friendly but it does take some time for the food to come out as they get lots of delivery orders. Would recommend!

Honestly some of the best Asian food I’ve had in Waterloo, fresh to order and the workers are the best. I’ve never disliked a single item I’ve eaten here. 10/10 do recommend (and it’s not even expensive)

Very bad experience. Very poor quality food. The chicken fried rice was terrible. Sticky rice, very salty with no chicken. The meal comes with milk tea, which they never send. They send you Coca Cola without even asking if you want a substitution. Honestly a great waste of money! I should have trusted the poor reviews given for this restaurant before placing an order. On top of that, there was short hair in the food. Very unhygienic.

Ordered food on ubereats from here. They had some really good cheap buy one get one free deals going on, and the portions wee very big and super delicious! They also included a very thoughtful note on the packaging
