Food is crazy cheap and crazy tasty. I feel like the owner is underselling the food because its just that good. And now it closes at 10:30, literally too goated, i would literally walk from waterloo campus just for circle food.

Everything about this place is great! The atmosphere and decor are very cute and cozy. The food was very good and the owner even gave us extra for a mistake that we didn't even notice. The quality is some of the best I've had in Waterloo.

Great place to eat with good food and very reasonable prices! The staff and owner are super friendly and provide great hospitality with a cozy environment and a very cute dog. Overall very great ?
