First time ordering from City Pizza in Waterloo. Placed an online order, then went to pick it up. Staff was super friendly, and pizza was already ready for me. The pizza was great - lots of toppings, well spread all over, and delicious!! We will definitely order from here again in the future.

Pizza was overcooked, cheese on top was burned. XL pizza was only cut into 8 slices, so if you are expecting 10 or 12 slices in an XL double check before ordering. Overall would not recommend.

Broken tooth upon discovering a piece of metal half way through my pizza! Totally unacceptable. Be cautious, I’m sure this isn’t a common occurrence but it shouldn’t have happened even once.

Mickey mouse operation 8:10 pm they had 2 burnt slices left and wouldn't make more, store closes at 10 not making slices anymore at 8:10 is ridiculous and leaving money on the table

I ordered thin crust pepperoni..bacon strips..mushrooms...ham...it came with thick crust and only pepperoni and mushrooms and taste burnt...nasty pizza went in the garbage...I would like to thank them for wasting my money...thank u😠

I ordered ground beef on my pizza but they put ground pork on it. I told him that and he didn’t care. He actually insisted it was ground beef but it clearly wasn’t. Then he said he’s a vegetarian so he doesn’t know which meat is which. That is not an acceptable response. He didn’t offer to make a new one with what I asked for or offer a refund.
Rude service and no concern of other people’s dietary needs.

You need to be a little bit warm and all the staff was angry on me. Even his owner is also so angry on me. So this place is not good and not the staff also so don’t go on this place.
