I ordered thin crust pepperoni..bacon strips..mushrooms...ham...it came with thick crust and only pepperoni and mushrooms and taste burnt...nasty pizza went in the garbage...I would like to thank them for wasting my money...thank u😠

I ordered ground beef on my pizza but they put ground pork on it. I told him that and he didn’t care. He actually insisted it was ground beef but it clearly wasn’t. Then he said he’s a vegetarian so he doesn’t know which meat is which. That is not an acceptable response. He didn’t offer to make a new one with what I asked for or offer a refund.
Rude service and no concern of other people’s dietary needs.

You need to be a little bit warm and all the staff was angry on me. Even his owner is also so angry on me. So this place is not good and not the staff also so don’t go on this place. This is my favourite pizza place,and the best city pizza location. Food is always hot, tastes great, the they don't skimp on toppings. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Love that they always give you loads of toppings. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.

something has changed for the worse by a landslide in the last month or so. i used to come at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, but every time i come recently the pizza is burned, has less toppings than before, and the new staff are rude. pizza today looked disgusting and even getting your money back is a nightmare. i used to really enjoy the pizza here but i will not be coming back for a long time.
