The brown girl at the counter is terrible. Doesn't greet you, Didn't say a single word to me the whole transaction, and had earbuds in, I stood waiting at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for her to finish before she comes over to help me. I was the only customer in the store. I want hot and fresh slices not burnt old pizza that’s been sitting for hours.

as a person with serious dairy intolerances it’s pretty hard to find places that are safe when eating out. usually the vegan pizza here is solid. however tonight the staff member MIXED vegan cheese and mozzerella, i had eaten it cold at work and didnt notice since i could obviously taste the vegan cheese and there was no stretch… but now that im insanely sick at home 2 hours later i checked and i can see that both cheeses are on the pizza. additionally the last time i went the same staff member was no where to be found for 10 minutes while myself and another customer waited to pick up. i will never go back which is unfortunate since there are so few vegan fast food options around. incredibly unprofessional and dangerous

If I could give 0 stars I would. Raw chicken and a blue piece of plastic in the pizza. Terrible customer service says there is nothing wrong with this and best he can do to help is 50% on a future order?
I unfortunately cannot do anything about getting a refund but I will save others from this.

Booked 5 pizza's using the on-line portal. Timing to pickup was offered at 1:47pm, but I changed it to 2:00pm. Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?

Great wings! My issue is the online order asks if the are any special instructions, then the staff don't read them. The never wrap the wings properly so the leak of of the box and in my car. Get people who care and can read instructions.

First time ordering from City Pizza in Waterloo. Placed an online order, then went to pick it up. Staff was super friendly, and pizza was already ready for me. The pizza was great - lots of toppings, well spread all over, and delicious!! We will definitely order from here again in the future.
Pizza was overcooked, cheese on top was burned. XL pizza was only cut into 8 slices, so if you are expecting 10 or 12 slices in an XL double check before ordering. Overall would not recommend.

Broken tooth upon discovering a piece of metal half way through my pizza! Totally unacceptable. Be cautious, I’m sure this isn’t a common occurrence but it shouldn’t have happened even once.

Mickey mouse operation 8:10 pm they had 2 burnt slices left and wouldn't make more, store closes at 10 not making slices anymore at 8:10 is ridiculous and leaving money on the table
