Booked 5 pizza's using the on-line portal. Timing to pickup was offered at 1:47pm, but I changed it to 2:00pm. Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?
Great wings!
My issue is the online order asks if the are any special instructions, then the staff don't read them. The never wrap the wings properly so the leak of of the box and in my car. Get people who care and can read instructions.

First time ordering from City Pizza in Waterloo. Placed an online order, then went to pick it up. Staff was super friendly, and pizza was already ready for me.
The pizza was great - lots of toppings, well spread all over, and delicious!!
We will definitely order from here again in the future.
