Recent Reviews

They cook everything in oil, not ghee. They often have vegan substitutes for things too. Like saag paneer, they use soy chunks instead of paneer. Their spice level is serious though so brace yourself. Lots of soups are vegan too.

We use Classic Indian (Waterloo) for many corporate catered lunches. The ordering process, variety of food, freshness and customer service are top notch. Also appreciated how the take out is packaged (platters) for large group meals.

Went a Friday evening. Place was empty, service was quick, professional. Food was fantastic. Owner came out afterwards and had a pleasant conversation. Popular for take-out. They've won some impressive awards.
