Hi!
On 07.11.2024 in COBS Bread COBS,10 Manitou Dr, Kitchener, ON N2C 2N3 I bought 3 diet breads, and because they were hot they couldn't be cut.
After an hour I went to COBS,245 The Boardwalk #6, Waterloo, ON N2T 0A6 asking for cuts.
They refused to cut my bread,
because they serve customers so arrogantly there.
Do something about it!!

I love Cobs. One of the few bakeries I feel comfortable purchasing from with my peanut allergy. Cinnamon buns are out of this world but the Jalapeño twists are probably my favorite….. or the scones…..Honestly have never had anything I didn’t like here. Love that they donate everything left at the end of the night too.

This place will ruin you for all other baked goods because it’s all INCREDIBLE! The staff is super friendly and wonderful to interact with. You can tell they all care about what they’re doing. I have not tried a single thing I didn’t like. You have to try the frosted cinnamon buns!

Someone was having the worse day of their life being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and all they wanted was a slice of sourdough bread with butter. COBS was the only place open after her devasting appointment. They said it was on the house. What a great gift to someone in our community. Thanks so much! 5 stars ?

I went in looking for their low FODMAP bread. It is absolutely delicious. It is made with a special formula of ingredients so that people with IBS or other digestion issues can easily digest it (it is NOT gluten free). You'd never know that it wasn't a loaf of regular all wheat bread - it is soft and fluffy and tastes amazing.

Very helpful & friendly staff. All of the baking is fresh everyday, you cannot beat the quality of all the baked goods. And it tastes great.

The staff and atmosphere were great however the ham and cheese croissant I tried was very average and tasted about as good as a grocery store croissant. At 4$ per croissant I would have hoped it to be better . Perhaps I will try something else in the future because I’ve heard good things from friends.
