I do come sometimes to grab some breads or bakery, but I have to tell every time I come in I always have the feeling not very welcomed, and I think the staff are just friendly to the westerns. Today I visited here since a while, and when I started to order the three girls were just glancing at me at the beginning and the black girl was just ignoring me. Luckily the girl at the very right side took the order in a friendly way, but I decided not to come here again. Not worth it for me having a bad feeling after my purchases. There are a lot of places where I can go more welcomed.

I don’t trust any other bakery chain in any city but COBS. Not only trust but LOVE this bakery. Every time flawless delicious, bread. Customer service deserves a sentence of its own. It is always impeccable, especially when it’s Molly dealing with me:) Always so so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu.

Out of all the cobs locations in KW, this one has the friendliest staff. Great customer service.
I love coming to this bakery! The scones are out of this world. There are so many types of bread! The best one is the garlic and chive loaf for $8.50! You can also join their point system. Fresh bread, buns, really tasty treats. You can really spend lots of money here it becomes addicting!

Love the smell of freshly-baked bread when I walk in! The custard buns are excellent, as is the bread. Always a nice treat!

Awesome bakery stop. Friendly staff, bright open store and plenty of selection. With no Cinnabon left in the area these are eve better.
Some items are excellent, some are meh. The cheese pull apart bread is to die for.
