I went to Coco and the drink was good and the service was fast. The girl taking my order was nice but she had a really bad breath. I’m hesitated to come back, I don’t want to experience this again.
I have faced racism many times when i ordered from this store.
The cashier doesn't even greet properly to people from my community and always gives the wrong order even after tipping them .
I don't know why they do this .
Everytime my drink was wrong and when i asked them they said this is how we make it.
- service is good (very fast on weekends) and the honeydew drink is quite good
- ask for no ice (it is already cold), and less sugar (no sugar tastes sweet already in most drinks).
Every time I come here, I am always greeted by the nicest staff and the drinks are absolutely incredible, I always get the mango green tea, 50% sugar and it is so tasty. I recommend this store!
Got the June special Bubble Gaga which had good passion fruit flavour but was very very sweet so I’m gonna ask for low sugar and/or lots of ice next time. The counter guy was nice enough to give me a cup of ice water for free to dilute my drink.
Lady at counter kind of just look at me while she was talking to the other 2 male staff. After they didnt say anything she then ask me what would I like. It felt too casual and not professional. Maybe I caught them at almost closing down as I saw other booth lock up. Overall drink was okay compare to vancouver but I dont see any passion from staff.
Terrible customer service, rude and dismissive, won't be returning to this Coco location...

I usually enjoy coming to Coco’s, but my experience at the Lester location in Waterloo was really disappointing. One of the drinks I ordered wasn’t sealed properly, and there were black specks all over the lid—clearly it wasn’t checked or wiped before being handed to me. When I tried to ask about collecting points, the customer service was rude and dismissive. What made it worse was hearing the staff speaking in my native language and trash talking while I was still standing there. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience I expected from a place I used to like.

I had a terrible experience at Coco on Wednesday, March 19, around 7:45 PM. I tried to order a lychee iced tea with lychee popping boba, something I’ve gotten from this location before. However, the male employee I spoke to had an attitude from the start. When I asked if I could add the topping, he immediately said no. I mentioned that I’ve ordered it before, but he still refused. I then pointed out that the Coco app allows me to add toppings, and he told me to place my order through the app instead.
Trying to be understanding, I did exactly that. I added the drink with the topping to my cart, and everything seemed fine—until my order was marked “unsuccessful.” When I went back to edit it, I noticed that he had removed the topping from the app. I saw the option to add it again, but every time I returned to my order, he had taken it off.
I don’t understand why he went out of his way to prevent me from getting a simple topping, even stopping mid-order to remove it. Having worked at Coco before, I know that employees can manage the topping section from the seller’s side. His behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn’t rude at all, just asking a simple question, yet I was met with nothing but attitude.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Please address the staff’s behavior at this location.
Doesn't ask if the customers are collecting points, and I don't think they actually put in your phone number to collect pts because when I open the app, my numbers is still the same😏 disappointing!

Terrible service. Extremely rushed service made it difficult to communicate and messed up our order. Was not expecting a free compensation drink at all since we were partially at fault, but instead got a response of “I knew you were thinking the other drink but you said it so it’s not my fault”. Also another time with the same employee he wouldn’t give us the discount for a seasonal drink if we took out a topping.
Even compared to other Cocos the quality is noticeably worse.
