I had a terrible experience at Coco on Wednesday, March 19, around 7:45 PM. I tried to order a lychee iced tea with lychee popping boba, something I’ve gotten from this location before. However, the male employee I spoke to had an attitude from the start. When I asked if I could add the topping, he immediately said no. I mentioned that I’ve ordered it before, but he still refused. I then pointed out that the Coco app allows me to add toppings, and he told me to place my order through the app instead.
Trying to be understanding, I did exactly that. I added the drink with the topping to my cart, and everything seemed fine—until my order was marked “unsuccessful.” When I went back to edit it, I noticed that he had removed the topping from the app. I saw the option to add it again, but every time I returned to my order, he had taken it off.
I don’t understand why he went out of his way to prevent me from getting a simple topping, even stopping mid-order to remove it. Having worked at Coco before, I know that employees can manage the topping section from the seller’s side. His behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn’t rude at all, just asking a simple question, yet I was met with nothing but attitude.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Please address the staff’s behavior at this location.

Doesn't ask if the customers are collecting points, and I don't think they actually put in your phone number to collect pts because when I open the app, my numbers is still the same😏 disappointing!

Terrible service. Extremely rushed service made it difficult to communicate and messed up our order. Was not expecting a free compensation drink at all since we were partially at fault, but instead got a response of “I knew you were thinking the other drink but you said it so it’s not my fault”. Also another time with the same employee he wouldn’t give us the discount for a seasonal drink if we took out a topping.
Even compared to other Cocos the quality is noticeably worse.

In a pretty nice and spacious food court with lots of food options. Service was super quick But my bubble tea wasn’t filled up all the way and was too sweet.

I ordered from coco for the first time about a week ago and It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had changed my mind about how much ice I wanted in my drink and the girl serving me, I kid you not, rolled her eyes at me and sighed. The drink in the end was excellent but the attitude of the female server ruined my experience here and I will not be coming back.

This is my first and likely last time coming here. I ordered the strawberry slush with coconut jelly and it did not taste that good, it tasted like un-ripe strawberries and the coconut was just okay. It wasn't bad but honestly just okay, I've had better bubble tea elsewhere. I wish they had more jelly options.

Had really bad experience. I was the only customer but nobody took my order after standing there waiting for more than 10mins. Really bad attitude and poor service
Even though the store was quiet with no one in line, the attitude of the female server at the counter was terrible. She looked very impatient. When I asked her to scan the QR code to get points, she almost rolled her eyes at me. She picked up the scanner and slammed it on the table. If she doesn't want to work, why doesn't she just stay home? I was so upset just trying to get a drink.

Coco definitely was a hit!!its located in UW area with ample space to sit( lobby of a building)Great service tried brown sugar pearl jasmine tea (with less ice and 50%sugar) and mango green tea(less ice)Amazing drinks..I love how you can customise your drinks. You can adjust sweetness , ice in drinks and you can even make them warm to hot. Tapioca pearls were not up to the mark but would love to revist and try out other drinks.check monthly deals on there website.
