Quality is definitely slipping. The food and service used to be incredible, but the last two times I’ve eaten in and ordered delivery it has been disappointing. I ordered the Asian Fusion bowl and a zucchini brownie yesterday. The quinoa was overdone and almost mushy, along with the chickpeas. Nobody wants mush in a bowl of raw or fresh veggies. Also the shiitake teriyaki I added as an extra usually has a specific texture, and it was not the same, again too soft/mushy. The zucchini brownie which used to be very moist and delicious was dry. Hopefully this was just an anomaly and they stick to the old quality standards and details for food prep.Also disappointing that they have taken the konjac noodles base off their menu (they were amazing with the General Copper Bowl).

The service and the atmosphere was great, really relaxing and welcoming. The food however was really salty. We didn't even finish the food and just left. We had the Copper Bowl and the Sweet Potato fries.

Accessible menu, amazing food, and the tables are typically always clean! Plus the food is served in an aesthetically pleasing way. Staff are kind, and I love that I can either whip out my laptop to study or bring a friend here for a sit down meal. Perfect causal/formal balance. Thanks!!

I ate 2 copper bowls in buy 1 get 1 free offer... 2 bowls in just 18 bucks... N the lady there was friendly enough to let me do some substitutions so that I can get my 2 different bowls of choices...

Celiac vegan heaven. I have been vegan for years and often feel like my cooking is better than spending money at a vegan restaurant (in the US, but still), and this place is the exception! I ordered the TBLT and nachos and both were fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the food and service.

Food:The quality and taste of the food does not warrant the price at all. Overpriced freezer food with no flavour. Got a bagel sandwich and it was try, flavourless, and basically burnt. All for the low low price or $13. You’re better off going to the Starbucks across the street. No wonder the place was empty when I went in, should’ve been my first clue.Service:The service was okay. The workers are nice but disappear to the back most of the time.Also, I don’t know why they insist on sweeping dirt in your direction when there’s only 2 customers in the store. I get keeping the place clean, but can they not sweep in areas where there’s no one seated and wait till the customer has left. Sweeping under my table while im eating feels like you want me to leave.
