They didn't answer their phones took an Uber down there with my service animal and they said I missed last call even through it was 1:35. What a waste of money. Dont go

was able to watch a fully packed night with game 6 of Jays game here vs LAD because the owner was very welcoming and resourceful ,

he asked a man sitting alone if does not mind to have me and my wife sit with him, the man didn’t mind. win-win

Typical Crabby Joes. Sports bar atmosphere with typical prices. Food was fantastic and plentiful and the beer on tap was cold with several choices. Would definitely go back.

I honestly love this place it’s been one of my favourite spots for a long time. Today, however, I had an experience that left me really disappointed.
I called in and ordered the Craby Combo, which was advertised at half price. When I arrived, I was told the promotion only applied to dine-in. I asked if I could dine in instead, and at first, the attendant said no since the order was already placed. After I asked her to check with the manager, thankfully they approved it, and I was able to sit down.
The real shock came afterward. When I couldn’t finish my meal, I asked for a to-go box. Another attendant (Guy) told me I couldn’t take it home because the promotion was dine-in only. I was told either I finish everything at the table or leave it behind. He also mentioned If I wanted to take it out, I’d have to pay full price and they can’t provide to go- box for a small leftover meal. I found that response honestly unreasonable and upsetting. What shocked me even more was that I saw other tables being given to-go boxes without any issue, which felt unfair and inconsistent. I was treated unfairly, so I just paid and left. It’s sad to feel treated differently from other customers in a place I’ve always loved. I hope management reconsiders how these promotions are handled and, most importantly, how customers are spoken to. Unprofessional customer service. the food is still good, but the experience left a bitter taste.

Davin put up with our nonsense and gave it back. He made the night overall great.

Sept 6 2025 I drove 2 hrs to this location as its my favourite place to eat and meet up with friends. Our service last night is making debate on returning to this location. We were reprimanded for having our 5th peraon not show up when we asked for a table of 5. Its not like they were super busy. Our server came to our table asked how our food was
and didn't even give us time to respond before walking away. We had to ask another server for our bills as the original server was no where to be seen. There were many other complaints. I asked to speak to a manager but he wasn't in his office. I asked who was in chatge and he said kitchen mamager. Cool i would like to tall to him. They all stood in the kitchen talking and looking at us before coming out. The kitchen manager came out with his back up already. Body language says alot. So very disappointed in our service and the response we received.

Horrible terrible service here , I’m waiting for almost 10 minutes nobody comes to my table asking if I need anything.

Good burger. Fresh patty. Hot fries.
Avocado chicken sandwich was good.

Shrimp appetizer isn't worth the price though.

I had an opportunity to visit this place tonight. It was downright busy and I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the female server who was alone who provided incredible service. I feel bad for her she was the only one around at peak levels but provided great customer service. Kudos to her! Great JOB!!

Server was not around had to find one, had to find someone for salt and pepper.
Chicken Parmesan noodles very soggy and breaded chicken so soggy, ate half my food 30 min later waiter asks me if the food was ok and king after I finished eating .
I would nvr go again
It wasn’t busy
Waitress threw water over the rain king and was flirting with everyone even my partner
