We showed up Friday night, about 35 minutes before closing, ordered two items, waited five minutes—and then the staff rudely told us that dine‑in was closed. Not cool at all.

I ordered a Lotus Milk cake and although the taste is just like it used to be, the size has considerably reduced. It is not value for money anymore.

It was okay but too pricey for what you get - $19.20. Also it took 30 mins for this small cake to get ready.

Rude person on call. I don’t think they want to sell. They are always up for closing before time. Denying the order every time. Their closing time changes daily. Not a good place to visit as staff is not friendly at all

I visited D Spot over the weekend to enjoy some dessert, but the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The plastic spoons they provided were flimsy with sharp edges, so I asked for a steel spoon, which they had. After explaining why I needed it, they reluctantly agreed but insisted on giving only one steel spoon per dessert since ā€œit only comes with one.ā€ This makes no sense, especially if someone wants to share. For a place that charges premium prices, I expected better service and a more customer-friendly approach.

The desserts are a bit pricy but the portions are big and great to share with a group. There’s not a lot of seating inside but the desserts were made fairly quickly. The waffles were freshly made, with a slightly crunchy exterior and fluffy interior. We created our own waffle, adding bananas, strawberries, cheesecake bits, and cookie dough bits. The pistachio ice cream topping was also fairly good, although we wish there was a stronger pistachio flavour. The Oreo milkshake was good as well. Probably wouldn’t come back but it’s worth a visit.

Smaller location, so the atmosphere isn't the best but the dessert is great! Would come back.
