I have been to various dspot stores across Ontario and my go to order is lotus biscoff milk cake which I think is out of the world.

But after visiting all the store this store is a let down for the amount of price they charge I think the decor and cutlery should be better. We have tried waffles and burger previously in Kitchener location but we tried to give this one try. I think the staff was amazing and hardworking all I had issue is with the tiramisu cheesecake which was for literally $16 and the taste and size were both unacceptable but as always the milk cake was good.

The cutlery we were served in the plates were worn down and the material/plastic had literally peeled of. If we pay for 2 desserts that too for $35 I atleast expect a good experience. We thought or taking the rest of our order for takeaway. But I seriously think management should take a look into this as it is not essential for customers.

I took red velvet and chocolate cake slice…
The bread was hard for both of them
The red velvet did not had smooth texture
The chocolate one was also not juicy.

Lot of noise in the location …
Also, I feel they charge more for the quality of product..

We had great time as we have get together after 2yrs . I would say we miss this place as this is best hangout place with delicious dessert and best customer service. Would surely recommend this place.
