The desserts are a bit pricy but the portions are big and great to share with a group. There’s not a lot of seating inside but the desserts were made fairly quickly. Dpot has a vibrant and inviting ambiance with bright, attractive colors that immediately catch your attention. Their cakes and pastries are delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We faced a small issue with our pastry, but they resolved it promptly and professionally. The overall experience was pleasant, and the excellent customer service stood out. Service was slow. We were waiting to order and thinking we ask for our flavours and then proceed to pay but instead we were told to pay first and then get the ice cream we need which not usually happens whenever I'm in an ice cream shop. Otherwise, flavours were good.
