Ordered some of the lunch food items. The sultan Sandwhich was the most disgusting food item I have ever tasted. It’s like they microwaved the meat and just put a bunch of bbq. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Very gross. But the staff was very kind. But the food is really gross.
Super nice workers, great service. Very good food!! Will be back
Update: we came on june 1st for, beef burger, the taste has changed, size is a joke half the size of the bun .......sorry guys I don't have free money to throw.....won't come here again...
Old comment: We come here because 4 years ago we used to go to the one on Queensquay and Islington in Toronto..they have yummy pizzas there but not in the windsor location...
The quantity is also smaller unlike Toronto but like their burgers ...

POOR STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD TASTE AND QUALITY
I have gone to many locations in GTA, but their customer service was really bad. For everything they very charging, whether it was sauce on fries or anything. And also the icecream tasted old it was not fresh. Overall they don’t have taste which matches the price and its definitely not good.
Very yummy, I go there all the time with my bf and the staff is very kind always and they have so many options! 5/5 recommend.
This establishment offers an exceptional dining experience and provides an ideal setting for family gatherings. We intend to return in the near future.
Im not a desert, but this place is SO desert that you have to give it a try. There's probably something you'd like. Just don't get their donuts, kinda dry.
Needed to go up to the counter and get our menu as well as go back up to order. Aside from that food was great!
