A little upset today as I drive across town to always get a blizzard, bypassing all other DQ's because you guys always fully mix the blizzards. Today at 1 o'clock mine was mostly Vanilla. If I wanted a Vanilla ice cream, I would have ordered a cone. Worst part is no one was in store or drive thru. This was a lazy action on the employee and for no good reason on skipping the work. How hard was It to mix a blizzard properly when there was no action in the store? Totally put out i got a medium I usually get large and I'm glad I didn't because it was a total waist of good money.

We got a blizzard but it was not prepared well. We requested for another and they immediately took it back and got us a fresh one which was made properly.
Parking: It's in a plaza, there are plenty parking spots
Kid-friendliness: You can take your kids for a sweet treat to this place

Blizzards here were good and everything you’d come to expect. There wasn’t a lineup but still had to wait for employees to take orders. Had to lineup again for them to use a button to open the washrooms, might be better to put a code on the door and receipts like other places, but ultimately: WHY lock the washrooms here?

I went in Sunday August 18th at around 7:45pm and had the best time ever. I got a cake and let them do whatever they wanted to decorate. They went above and beyond I am absolutely in love with it. Thank you so much!!!
