The place lives up to what others have said. Incredibly clean and the staff are very nice. The full grown man in front of us was being a brat about the amount of ice cream he received and they handled it extremely well.Hats off to this store, definitely a good spot for some ice cream. The blizzards always hit! ?

Having visited nearly every DQ in KW, I can say with confidence that this is the best DQ in the area. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have daily specials here that other locations don’t have!

This store is the best DQ in the tri cities. I always get the skor cupfection and ONLY this location and one in Guelph actually heat the brownie. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I moved closer to this location!

We were charged twice for the same meal and was told by some kind of supervisor that it would work itself out in a few days. It hasn't. We were short one regular fry which we went back for.

Just ordered a mushroom burger today. They give me a differnt burger at first not a mushroom burger as i ordered . Then i returned told them its not a mushroom burger and they change it.. it just that when my mushroom burger arrives it has only 2 piece of sliced mushroom and no sauce of a mushroom. And it doesnt taste like a mushroom burger.. i always ordered a.mushroom burger in this place.. only today that its really far from what i expect..

Staff was very friendly.Burgers were fantastic. Hot, juicy, cold fresh toppings. Perfect.Fries were warmish and the portion was a little skimpy.Definitely a better alternative to other fast food places.

I went in on Wednesday and the service here is trash. Employees act like it’s pulling teeth to service people and didn’t seem competent enough to take a proper order especially in a timely manner. I blame the managers or whoever is in charge of training. Your staff is a reflection of the training they get… do better. Also the place didn’t seem very clean.
