I stopped in for a takeaway ice cream cake today. The staff member was super friendly and helpful. She offered to add a custom message. I was shocked she was able to add a full message and her writing so well done! She did a great job and I was in and out within 5 minutes with a custom message cake!! The cake delicious - exactly as expected for a DQ ice cream cake.

The Dairy Queen worker I met named Jordan had excellent customer service, some of the best I’ve seen in a LONG TIME. Jordan’s services made me regain faith in the fast food industry.

So I pulled in because I was turning right and I wanted to get a blizzard and it was right there. Had excellent parking. The service was quite friendly. The lady was very cheery and accommodating and I didn't have to wait long in line. They also serve an extra large blizzard. This thing is awesome, however they don't accept cash so I had to forfeit a little less than a dollar out of the 15 bucks I had in cash. Which is fine cuz I don't mind leaving a tip. I just think it's a little presumptuous to think that people would not carry cash around. That's the only reason for the three stars was the cash issue at the service is great Blizzard's awesome! I love the size.

This is the worst Dairy Queen on Earth. Server couldn't wait to get rid of us. No bathrooms. No DQ rewards available. Pitiful.
