Dairy Queen (Treat)

So nice costumer service always nice and welcoming

Bought 2 hot dogs, they were cold

Took my single drink order, then my money, then proceeded to spend several minutes discussing cake decoration styles with the person who was waiting in line after me and ignored that I was waiting. Another employee came in, clocked in, and he was the one who made my drink.

Update: tried going back and the owners do not believe in air conditioning, it was sweltering.

Great ice cream and service. Stuff is a bit overpriced but that is more of an overall corporate DQ issue and doesn’t affect the overall service/quality experience at this particular DQ location.

Dairy Queen is great but the inside of this one leaves a lot to be desired.

This Dairy Queen location is owned by a husband and a wife. They provided us with great customer service, were friendly, and made a delicious Blizzard! I will be back to this location for sure.

Update - I followed up with DQ a month ago as requested in their reply. This was my third call to them to resolve this issue. I have not yet had a reply.

Went in on my birthday to get my free small shake. The person working redeemed my points and the birthday reward for the small shake. So I was out both! The person working did not how to fix the issue. I’ve called DQ twice and was told they would email the owner and the owner would resolve the issue. I also went into the store to speak to the owner and was told that they would give them the message and I would hear from them. I haven’t and I’ve been waiting a month. If you are going to have an app and encourage people to use it, I would hope that both DQ and the store would offer better customer service and store owners would take responsibility and resolve issues.

Don’t frequent too often but when I do , I head to Laurelwood DQ. Service is always so helpful! Special addition of a birthday wish was written on cake no charge. I find they are always attentive and caring , emphasis on caring . Very clean as well! Pricing is a bit steep but with Groupon not so bad …cakes feed a lot of people and they are delish! Also lots of parking in front of store so cakes do not need to be carried too far to the car. Well done DQ! I’m a fan!

Saturday mornings!!!! Oh God who ever is working that shift, she is fabulous!!! You guys gotta thank her for the thoughtful and helpful attitude. Definitely coming back. :)

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to be told that they only take cash. Ever hear of a sign? Never going back to this location.

Absolutely outstanding service! Cashier was incredibly caring and absolutely hilarious. She made the order with such elegance and craftsmanship that made it one of the best experiences I have ever had in Fast Food.
