Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to be told that they only take cash. Ever hear of a sign? Never going back to this location.

Absolutely outstanding service! Cashier was incredibly caring and absolutely hilarious. She made the order with such elegance and craftsmanship that made it one of the best experiences I have ever had in Fast Food.

I went in specifically today for a buster bar pack and an orange julius. Out of 6 freezers 3 were completely empty no popsicle style DQ to be had at all, the 3 freezers with items contained limited cakes only. I then went to order an orange julius, only to find out it was sold out along with the other two julius flavours. I then ordered a blizzard which had runny ice cream. The storebased on stock including candles looks like it's about to close. I was very unimpressed. The cashier was welcoming and attentive though, that's this locations saving grace.

Iconic styles of ice cream. It comes down to personal favorites, but Blizzards and soft cones are the best

I went to the store today (approx 12:50pm) to purchase a cake. When I walked in the door dinged, but no one was around. So I waited a few minutes for an employee to pop out from the back. No one came. Instead, I heard laughter and chatting in the back. The worker, and I believe her friend were in the back chatting. They were too busy chatting that they couldn't hear the door ring when I walked in. Again, I waited a two more minutes hoping the worker would pop their head around the corner to see if there was a customer. But they didn't, I then shouted, "hello". The worker came rushing from the back, and then served me. I got my cake in the end, but I was in a situation I should not have been in. If I had not called out to get her attention, she wouldn't have come out from the back at all. She would have continued chatting. Management needs to be training their employees to position themselves in a spot where they can keep an eye on the door to receive customers while in the back. I'm not against chatting on downtime, but I am annoyed that the worker neglected her duties. Not a great experience today at all.

Would you believe me if I told you it's my now second time at Dairy Queen ever? Yup I'm from Toronto and I never found any there. Literally never get tired of flipping my blizzard upside down. So many treats and honestly ignore the calories lol. Strawberry cheesecake blizzard is so yum.

I ordered two strawberry sundaes for my toddlers to enjoy and she filled them up way to much, then when she put the strawberries on the top it starting leaking down the sides. She attemped to clean it with papertowel which i was fine with but after that she took them to the dishwashing sink and started cleaning with a dishcloth. So disgusting my kids are going to hold that, put there fingers in the mouth etc. She brought the cloth straight from the sink too:( Do yourself a favor and go to Boardwalk Grill and Chill.

Always great to enjoy some DQ goodness. Today was no different. They are doing their best to keep everyone healthy and safe at the same time. Appreciated.

The ice cream for blizzards and sundaes is always melted. I have lived near this Dairy Queen for 4 years and they’ve had this problem since then. I sent an email to the manager about this problem yet they dont fix it. No one likes melted ice cream! If you are a customer reading this, i advise you to go to the Dairy Queen on Ira Needles at the boardwalk, it is worth the 8 minute extra drive, trust me
