Hi. Went to Waterloo location today. I have been a loyal customer for a while. I was very disappointed that the type of donut was the same just with different filling. What happened to all the favourites like Vanilla bean glazed, cinnamon sugar, Earl Grey? Very disappointed in the selection.

Not sure if this location is under new ownership but the quality is not what it use to be at the Waterloo location. The last two times we have got donuts here we have been very disappointed. We got what we though was a vanilla dip donut, it was just a stale bagel covered in vanilla frosting. The rest of the Donuts seam like they were frozen donuts that had been defrosted, not made fresh in store daily like they use to be. The glazes taste off and artificial. Definitely won't be going back again.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with your service regarding special birthday cake orders.
I have tried to place an order via email multiple times, with no success. I even sent someone into your store to inquire about the issue, only to be told to email the person again. Despite being told the emailer needs 48 hours' notice, I have given four weeks' notice without any response other than an automated message, a robotic empty promise, that someone would contact us back.
Your donuts may be delicious, but your special orders are a different story—one of neglect and frustration. Either get a phone for taking orders or fire the email handler who can’t do a simple task right.
I used to find solace in your donuts, driving two hours just to get a taste. But now, the dough has left a sour taste in my mouth.
I will no longer be visiting either of your donut shops out of principle. If you treat loyal customers poorly, you don't deserve their business. Good luck and Goodbye ?

I haven't had a good donut in soo long but Debrodniks hit the spot. The dough is fresh and soft, and the cream filling is nice and whipped to perfection. I tried the coconut, oreo, and maple donuts.

The customer service needs a bit more practice in being friendly and respectful.
What business doesn't accept cash? The frustration of driving all this way and being refused service is insignificant compared with the refusal being rudely delivered by an attendant who felt annoyed by the fact that I didn't bring a credit card, rather than someone who is apologetic for the disservice that he is providing.

Love donuts from here! The ordering system in the morning is great! My only not favorite part is that of they are closing early it's sometimes a mad dash to get there to get your donuts!

First time in an grabbed a dozen donuts. Actually I was looking for Orange Twist but alas non to be found. My family loves Orange Twist and we usually get them from another shop. Decided to try Debrodniks and the donuts were very good. The freshest and tastiest I have had in a long time. I would most likely go to this store again and it would be nice to see Orange Twists in the shelves but we will see.
