I had a great experience at this pizza place! The worker was very friendly and provided excellent service. He was respectful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. He was also quick with our order and kept a smile on his face the whole time. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious—the dough was soft, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service. Big thanks to the worker for his kindness! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a very bad experience with a guy name Manish. Completely unprofessional behaviour. They misplaced my order but didn’t inform me. I waited there 10 mins even after app and tracking screen showed order is ready. When I asked about my order that guy showed me an attitude. Completely bullshit guy. I don’t who hired him. Assign some training to him to learn professionalism. If you do mistake at least let customer know but he started serving other people and ignored me completely. His manager told him something about the situation then he was laughing. People like him should be fired.

This location is one of the few that has been very consistent in the quality of pizzas. I've been to the University Ave Domino's since 2018 and it's consistently performed well!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie toppings and pizzas available
Food was excellent, staff was great, pizza came with a holiday card, and I received a call from the manager the next day, thanking me for my support ... Excellent experience all around, great job

I been getting Domino's for a while but there Pizza although not the best was OK for the price but recently idk if they cheaped out on the ingredients or the pizzas are not fresh. Not good at all and smelled horribly had to throw it out after a few slices

I recently visited Domino's Pizza at 65 University Avenue East, and I must say, it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly. Always very friendly and great customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied and if they make a mistake, they've gone above and beyond to make it right, which has only happened to me 2 times in the many years I've been ordering here. I usually order carry out but have used delivery as well.
Parking: In a plaza located with many other stores and always many parking spots available near the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's ramps to get up to the door , there's no accessible button but if you need help with the door they're more than happy and always offering to open it for you , the door isn't heavy either.
