I came with my service dog and the staff were exceptional with her. Very friendly and willing to accommodate. They even offered her a container with water.

First one the list? Wait, there are two lists??? Apparently there are two lists when you give your name for the wait list. We know who was in line behind us and more than one group was called. Disappointed in the service so we left.

They gave an estimate of 15-20 minutes, after 20 minutes we went up again and asked if they would be ready for us soon. They said we were on a secondary list and it would be another 10 minutes, multiple groups of 4 who got there after us were taken before us, one even coming in 10 minutes after us who also did not have a reservation

Incredibly disappointed by the absolute lack of service. Tables were sticky!! Wish I had a testing kit with me! One girl trying to serve everyone. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Food was not at all up to the standard it should have been. I ordered a half hoagie. Meatballs were freezing cold on the inside! Needless to say I didn’t eat it. Know your market and be prepared for busy times!!

Since you park you need 1 h to be seated and get food in front of you
Service was really slow, bread refill was forgotten then remembered when we were leaving. Our server was new so understandable things may go wrong and honestly looked like she maybe had to many tables at once. Our main issue was there were a ton of flies in side the restaurant which left us uncomfortable.
