Still the same ol East Side Mario's. Which is a good thing. They've never swayed from there value focus. The unlimited soup and salad is the best. The actual food is good but it's not what it was. Still a good place to go with the family and you will never leave hungry!

Soup, salad and bread were amazing. Spaghetti primavera with goat cheese with additional chicken added for 5.99 wasn't worth the price. Only 2 bite size pieces of chicken for an extra 6$ ridiculous. Service was amazing however

Located in a very convenient location with ample parking , the staff here is very friendly and our server kept asking after us for refills, cheese, etc.The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I do recommend Hell's Kitchen chicken and Shrimp Scampi!!

I must be imagining it but it seems like every year that I visit on my daughter’s birthday, the service seems to be downgraded. Yesterday was the worst service ever. My family and I (7 people) sat down and the waiter came by , introduced himself and took our order. We waited for at least 30 minutes before we even could started with the soups. Every time I asked, I was told the it will be around 10 minutes before we could get the soup. We got our main meal before we could get the starters (soup and salad). To top it off, our food was cold, we had to send it back twice to keep it warm. I have never experienced this kind of service but yet I did and it left a sour impression on me.

The young waiter (bradley) who took care of us was very polite and friendly. He showed the same care not only to us, but also to the customers he cared for. He answered our questions very politely and was very friendly towards us... I think food and service are important in a restaurant, but I think the most important thing is the waiter who takes care of you... Food, service and most importantly people like Bradley.....

Pretty sure they are recycling salads! Gluten allergy asked for no croutons but small bits were found in the bottom of the bowls4 orders placed and as 2 orders were delivered we were told they were out of gluten free pasta for the other 2 orders?Wait times for food/drinks was way too longWill not be returning!Dietary restrictions: Would not trust gluten free!!

Had a reservation for 7. Showed up on time and was told would be seated in a few minutes. Didn’t get seated til 7:37 and that was only because I asked. I was told they “forgot about” us. Highly unprofessional.
wife food was sitting in the kitchen after all of us got served and brought to the table that you could tell that it was under the heat lamp way too long have to take it back very disappointing My food came cold. Only thing warm with the pasta on a trio. Combo was not a good experience.

Very disappointed tonight. We made reservations for 6 pm for a round table for 5 people. We arrived at 5:45 to check in and waited until 6:05 with a second reminder of the reservations. We were taken to a small square table for 4 people. We requested a larger table for 5 people and then waited while they cleared two tables and pushed them together. They provided no silverware for the table and then we waited over an hour for our food. We ended up taking silverware from other tables so we could eat our meal. We had been several times in the past with very good service. Tonight’s dining experience has made us choose not to return.

We have been many times before and all good. This time I had made reservations 4 days before. There was 5 of us and they sat us a table for 4. When I expressed this to them, they had us pick a table that may work. The table hadn’t been cleaned. Never did we get silverware. I had to get up and take silverware from other tables after our food came. Food was late coming out. Floor was dirty throughout. Not a great experience at all. This was very disappointing.

Food is amazing but the servers are biased. They were friendly enough toward their own country people but their attitude changed when they had to serve people from my ethnicity. Speacially one waitress whom i think was a head waitress or something black hair, she didnt even bother to ask for cheese while she was contantly asking people around me for cheese and other things. Everytime i need something i had to call her by myself even when the place was not that full and didnt even refill our drinks while she was busy pouring for others. This was my second time visiting here and i would say my first time was better here even when they had fire in their kitchen, they treated us well, may be because that time i was here with my friends who are born and raised in this country
