My wife and I had a 6:00 PM reservation at Ennio's Pasta House, and while the food we had was excellent, the service fell far below expectations.
When we were seated, we were given very small glasses of water, but no drink order was taken until much later when our server finally came back with our appetizers. Our waters were never refilled once. I also noticed that the tables around us received table bread, but we were never offered any.
What really stood out was the lack of attention from our server. She seemed rushed, spoke incredibly fast, and when she did stop by, she barely spent any time at our table. There were no check-ins, no updates on our meals, and no effort to see if we needed more drinks. My beer glass sat empty on the table for over 40 minutes.
By 7:35 PM (more than an hour and a half after our reservation) we were still waiting for our main courses to arrive.
The food was great, but the service tonight was nowhere near what I’d expect from a place with this reputation. Hopefully this was just an off night (even though the restaurant wasn’t THAT busy), because the experience didn’t live up to the hype.

Their pazzo bread, ceaser salad and Alfredo we're delicious. Our server was amazing and the table near the bar (not the hight tops) was great, nice and quiet.

We were invited here for our 30th wedding anniversary by family. Very enjoyable. Good atmosphere, great food and awesome service...yes, we're talking about you, Bjorn! We were very happy to spend time here with family and have such a great meal. The only drawback, we found out later that they booked a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and they forgot to give us the special desert to have later to celebrate. But we were so full, we will forgive, maybe get it next time we are here!
