I bought hot tea twice, but never tried the food.
The environment is nice, but the service is terrible.

Evergreen Coffee Lounge in Ingersoll, Canada, offers a truly distinctive ambiance that sets it apart from other coffee shops in the area. The setup is inviting and creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation or work. I spent several hours working at their bespoke wood table (featured in the images). The table is high enough to be used as a stand-up desk, complemented by high-top chairs. Despite not typically opting for gluten-free snacks, I was thoroughly impressed by their offerings. The cinnamon cake roll, carrot cake bite, and date cookie sandwich were exceptionally delicious and dangerously good! The customer service is top-notch, making the experience even more enjoyable. Evergreen Coffee Lounge is a must-visit for anyone seeking great coffee, delightful treats, and excellent service. Cheers!

Took them over 10 minutes to make a bagel. No fancy drink or sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese. There wasn't a big line either. Food is good but the service is not.

This is like a round up from 2.5 stars. While the service is a little slow, especially when it’s busy, the food is still really good if some items are a bit pricey. There are lots of vegan options but I’m reviewing because today, I ordered something vegan and for the second time, they didn’t make it vegan. The first time, I pointed it out and they apologised and made a new one. Today, the lady working basically gaslighted me into telling me it was vegan when I had my doubts. This isn’t something you brush off- I had to actually eat then spit it out to find out it wasn’t, then wait an additional twenty minutes for a new one made by another worker. They didn’t question me that time, so the staff are either nice, or do not care. I didn’t get anything for wasting my lunch hour over the confusion or for being denied. If I didn’t go back and just believed them, because it can be slightly difficult to tell the difference if you’re not familiar, then I’d have eaten it and would be throwing up right now. Please please make a better system to differ vegan/not vegan, and educate staff on it.

The food is ok, but the service is very slow. Staff also seem unfamiliar with the menu.

Average on-campus cafe. The panini was really good, but I felt it was a little pricey for the portion size. This was my first panini though so I'm no expert on the normal price ranges. The place is usually filled with students studying, as you'd expect.

Decent drink for the price, got the strawberry banana smoothie. The service was SO SLOW. Waited 25 minutes for a drink, and the cafe was well staffed (3 employees) and only 5-6 customers.
