very friendly service and very good food!
I visited “Fantastic Work” expecting good service, but it was far from it. They kept saying “just 10 more minutes” every time I asked about my order — and I ended up waiting over 40 minutes with no clarity or apology. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. If you value your time, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Definitely not coming back.
Food has no taste except for the ribs and is way too expensive. $60 for 3 small items that we ordered and roommate Eve picked it up.
Amazing authentic Chinese dishes from all over China! The highlight for us was the pork belly in Shandong noodles, which were just the right texture and seasoning. The staff were very helpful and kind. In addition, the restaurant offered a complementary savoury seaweed egg drop soup the Wednesday we came. We can't wait to be back, and explore more dishes this establishment has to offer!
Service at the lowest level!!!
Came for the first time. ordered a bunch of dishes, everything was great. Service was very friendly and helpful.
They had free appetizers at the from, self service
I mean for 12 dollars, I can't complain much.
Lots of food, free side dishes, flavour the way I like it (not too salty).
Not the most modern looking place but I don't care. A strand of hair? I don't mind, it's cooked.
The pad Thai is so dry and overcooked the noodles taste burnt I’ve never been more disappointed with the food I’ve ordered zero sauce zero flavour 0/10 don’t waste your money

Precooked foods provided for all dishes, Guess they don't have chef now.
Delicious and not expensive, the boss is very nice!

A very nice stewed tomato beef with rice, very delicious. The boss is good, and always sells 2-3 dollar cheaper dishes compared to other restaurants nearby. And the close time is late, pretty convenient for students in university if they study late and need some meal.
The tomato beef brisket rice bowl is delicious. The boss is very nice and has long-term sales discounts or low prices. On average, it is 2-3 Canadian dollars cheaper than nearby restaurants. The closing time is also very late, which is convenient for school students, who often study late and need to eat.

I have tried this place three times to give it an honest review. The food is soggy and somehow bland but also doesn't taste good. The food seems to be made from frozen ingredients instead of fresh. For the price they are charging, the food is not good and they could absolutely be using much better quality ingredients. Home chefs could easily make this better, which sucks because you hope to at the least have decent food when ordering from a restaurant. Just sad honestly.

I’ve been coming to Fantastic Wok very frequently for the past 4 years I have been in school, and it’s consistently been a favourite of mine. The food is always very delicious, with a wide variety that’s perfect for busy students and those looking for comfort food between classes. My favourite go-to dish has been the spicy pork slice rice and the congee. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home. Prices are the best on campus, and the portions are generous, perfect for students! Highly recommend this spot to anyone on campus or in the area!

Got the black pepper beef, wasn’t that flavourful, the meat was lacking salt and the noodles were really bland, good service tho

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever had period. The fried rice was absolutely horrible no vegetables and absolutely no wok Hei how could a Chinese restaurant screw up such a basic dish ,their sweet and sour pork was by far the worst dry strips of pork in some semi dry sweet sauce. The pepper beef was watery and lacked in flavour. The takeout we did was by far the worst Chinese food ever.
