Today was a very good shopping experience at farm Boy. We were looking for supper and found some amazing soup selections. $7 for two servings of soup as delicious as these were. You can't beat that!

Had a big Company lunch to order. Tried doing it in the 48 hour window online but was unable to. Went into the store on King and Weber in Waterloo and directly dealt with Shawn, Chef Korner manager. He was beyond helpful. Picked up the food at the scheduled time, everything looked amazing. Shawn even came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Farm Boy and Shawn specifically.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The young man who helped us, Ali, was incredibly respectful and kind. He even offered my child a cake, and when it accidentally fell on the ground, he cleaned it up without any hesitation and gave my child a new one with a smile.
As someone who is new to the city, this level of hospitality truly stood out. Ali was polite, patient, and genuinely caring. I will definitely be shopping here again. They have some of the best cakes, and Ali is an outstanding salesperson.
