He told me his name and spelling but I lowkey forgot I think it was something close to “vushak” on the Saturday 5-12 shift (came at 8pm) anyways probably the most friendly person I’ve ever talked to at a fast food restaurant, had great conversation with him while he made my food and an awesome guy and he made my day, the restaurant is really lucky to have this guy working for them. 10/10 service would recommend and come again.

Ordering the wednesday small burrito special is value to die for. I ordered the shrimp as protein and its so big with over 8 shrimps! I thought it would be small, but it was massive and for 6.99$ is a crazy price! I bought 2 more and the worker made the burritos fast!

If I could give it zero stars, I would I ordered it online and I paid for extra chicken did not receive, there’s no rice or beans in my bowl barely any. this is not a meal. I’m so hungry and I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied. They gave me probably a tbsp of rice and beans IF i’m being generous. I pretty much just got a bowl of vegetables, it is just flooding in vegetables, no cheese either, awful, what are these portions. will never go here again.

Ill start by saying I used to really enjoy this restaurant, my favorite burrito place to go to, but latelty I felt the last few times coming here the quality has really declined. I ordered two tequila lime burritos and was very disappointed. The first bite I took had like a tiny bit of tequila lime, and then the rest was nothing. There was supposed to be salsa, sour cream, burrito sauce, and I think they forgot to add these. I also asked for noodles, and there wasn't any. Don't feel like it was worth the money.

The staff served multiple people that ordered after me before me, they didn’t even start making my order until 4 others after me had received their order. Waited over 20 mins for literally just tacos, couldn’t even customize the toppings on the tacos either…which makes no sense to me because they’re already expensive why can’t I add my own toppings

I placed an order with this store and have been trying to reach them multiple times, but they never pick up the phone. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a store can’t provide basic customer service like answering calls, it makes me question how they handle their orders and customers also the food was not upto the expectations. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend.

We had been buying lunch every Wednesday for some time, the employee already knew us, she was careful with the food and served us very well. But about 3 weeks ago the same person is no longer there, there is a new lady who does not serve well, not even the greeting responds, there is poor handling of food, she touches the food with her hand without wearing gloves and after touching her cell phone .... Thanks to that I have not bought again, I prefer to avoid getting sick and having a bad time. They should be more careful about who they hire, that they are really neat and take care of the food. Today I went there and again she was there, clearly I didn't buy anything, that's how you lose customers….

I have been coming to this restaurant every week and majority of the staff know me. Today the rice / noodles were inedible and were raw. My daughter had it and complained
Told the staff who prepared - Stavan and he says it is not his responsibility and I must let owner- Rakshit know about it.
I was decent enough to wait for all customers to go and then raise this issue but this attitude coming from staff is not acceptable. He did not even remove that batch and no apology at all. Very poor.

Last night I ordered two burritos, they completely ignored what I ordered and put the toppings + protein options as they pleased. The complete opposite of what I requested on the Uber eats app. Also, the fries were over fried, tasted like oil, and cold (the cheese they added on top was not even melted at all). Lastly, the two orders of churros I ordered were both extremely overcooked as well on top of that, not enjoyable to eat just burnt dough with almost no sugar or cinnamon. The only thing that slightly saved them was the chocolate sauce. My girlfriend and I were extremely disappointed and felt we had wasted our money.

They charge +$2 for some proteins? Because it's busy? Like they don't want to make it so it seems like an inconvenience fee. I ordered and they said they don't have that protein but then another employee told me they could make it actually. So I was happy until when I went to pay I saw it was $2 more. Is this a standard policy???

And then they totally forgot my order and I saw 3 ppl get it before me. I had to go up and ask and they didn't even start making it and didn't realize they missed my order.
