Ordered food from here for delivery recently, the service was slow as it took over 50 mins to prepare. Then once the food came they forget to add the desert bundles in the bag. Overall just disappointing experience with this location.

If there was an option to give this half of a star, I would. I didn’t look at the reviews before going to this firehouse, but I really wish I did. I ordered a sub online at 12 PM, and I didn’t receive it until 2 PM. Completely missed my lunch break, And when I received the food, it was cold as a rock and soggy. You’re thinking, since it’s a delivery order it has to be the driver right? No. I was in contact with the driver as she was waiting for the food, she told me multiple times that the workers were just aimlessly walking around, and sometimes even off to the side chatting. And of course, to top it all off, when I receive my food, they gave me the wrong flavour of chips. I specifically ordered Miss Vicky‘s plain and they gave me salt and vinegar. It’s like they knew my least favourite chip flavor! Probably won’t be ordering from firehouse for a while.

The brisket and cheddar is a good sub, but definitely isn't worth $25. There is literally no meat. Multiple times now I've left wondering what I'm paying for? I guess that lease must be expensive and the cost of those three employees standing around must be passed on to the customer as well.

First time trying firehouse Waited 25 mins for my sandwich, no update nothing that the wait was that long, ppl are on the lunch breaks and spend 25 mins alone waiting meanwhile pick ups ( skip/ Uber/doordash are flying in and out with their orders so basically they focus on online pickups rather than customers in the store...the sandwich ( Cajun chicken)was meh....won't be back..

Food was terrible Got 2 subs from this location both of them they got wrong with the toppings I had ask not to be on there and gave me next to no meat on the subs I come to firehouse locations quite often and this was the worst experience I've had staff is rude and unprofessional won't be coming back

Had to repeat my order like 5 times for the cashier to understand me, bathroom was covered in piss and the cooking area was dirty, the sandwich tasted bad almost like it was old or close to spoiling. I got food poisoning later that day. I shouldn't have to repeat "Can I please have a hook & ladder?" 5 times to get my order taken. Train your staff to properly follow food safety protocols and to clean up the restaurant so it doesn't look run down. Do not eat here.

I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences at this Firehouse Subs location. Every visit seems to come with some kind of issue, and they never seem interested in resolving it. On one occasion, I was double-charged for an order, and despite reaching out five times to have it corrected, I never received any help. Needless to say, I haven’t returned since.

The previous time, I placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, only to find that they couldn’t locate my order. After two employees checked my app, they confirmed that I had, in fact, placed the order, and only then did they go into the system and print my receipt for them to start making my order. It’s truly baffling how poor the service is at this location. The food is decent, but it’s not worth the long wait or the frustration of dealing with consistently bad service.

The food is generally good here. The service however is always terrible. You cannot go here if you have less than 30mins to spare. It takes AT LEAST 30 min just to receive your subs. If they have more than 3 other customers it will take even longer. This is based on repeated visits. The location always takes forever. Quality of food has been going down hill. We only go once every couple months because they are so expensive. It isn't even worth our time anymore. And today we got our subs and the lettuce was disgusting. I understand it is still "edible" but it's still brutal when you're spending $30-$40 on 2 sandwiches.we won't be going back any time soon. Probably ever again.
