Pretty disappointed with this location, all other firehouse sub places are often amazing! Credit to them, sandwich still good, bit soggy, but good. They have a promotion where if your name is chosen on a certain day, you can get half off one sub, any size. So I went in today, and went to get two subs, one for me and one for my friend. I order both, I ask for the half off to be placed on the larger sub as it is the more expensive one, the lady at the desk tells me the offer is only on medium and small subs, when the offer is clearly stating one sub of any size, same says on their website under the promo conditions. So I only get half off the smaller sandwich which is just dumb. But while ordering one sandwich, I wanted it with chicken (which it comes with standard), they inform me they don’t have any chicken, fine all good. I ask for turkey instead, only after placing my order do I notice they charge me for the turkey?? I go to the cash and they happily refund me the $2.50, but insane that something like that even happens in the first place. Really needs a management switch up or something, because charging me for something I should be charged for, and not letting me use their own promo as intended is atrocious, also the kitchen does not look clean

This location over the past few months has gone downhill. Last year, any subs i got was made to perfection no mess. Now my subs are made sloppy ingredients just thrown with no care and i can't even hold half my sub without everything falling out the bread. There is also ingredients in my sub that i did not ask for or does not come with the sub. There's is no care anymore.

One star because you have too. Ordered for delivery ans my 2 subs came cold and saugy, as in basicly NO bottom bun due to how saugy it was. I called the atore to get pushed off... so basicly if you want to through your money away as I did with my $40 today this would be the store. If not then just keep searching for the better one to go to.

Im just uber driver when i get there to pickup at that time she told me to wait for 10mins as I waited there for 15 mins , when it got ready at that time she told me to bring the bag and i parked the car far away from the restaurant. After i just told her you are rude to me , she just downgrade my rating. Time-27 May: 6:45pm

Wow. I wish I would have read reviews. Someone needs to tell Firehouse Subs Head Office about this place. It is definitely ruining their reputation. I stood at the till for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. And when they did it was someone in the back yelling across the kitchen “are you hear for pick up”. I was not. There were no greetings, no wonderful “welcome to firehouse”. Tables were filthy. Our bill for four people even came to a ridiculous amount of money which I understand is the way that things are going, but doesn’t make you want to go get fast food anymore when it literally is a third of your weekly grocery bills. $30 more and I could have went to a sitdown restaurant. This will probably be my last time going.

Disappointed with the steak and cheese limited veggies and cheese and it was unfortunate that it was not toasted better. Staff was awesome and friendly!

Do not go here!!
Service is unbearably slow and seemingly for no reason. Three staff members all seemed to be slowly working on the same sub order like they had all the time in the world. When I walked in to pick up my online order, there were two people waiting. 35 mins after my order was supposed to be ready, I demanded a refund when I was told there were 3 orders still ahead. 11 people were waiting hy that point and everyone was frustrated. These are sandwiches. It's not complicated!

The two orders that were picked up were handed to the customers in greasy, fingerprint covered bags,. The food prep area looks like a disaster and cant imagine cleanliness is even on their radar.

Drove across the street to Mr Submarine and had a sub ordered and prepped in 3 mins. Better service, cleaner and you actually get the food you ordered.
