Four All Ice Cream Scoop Shop

Went in today shop was empty. I was placing my order and the person serving me assumed I was done and walked away to serve someone that came in after me. It was the customer who asked if I was done placing my order to the person that served me. This is very rude. The Black Forest flavour was awful and was mixed with the mint flavour which I did not order. The texture and taste was not good at all. After spending $27 will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor product.

great ice cream, not great customer service. I asked for a chilled icecream latte and was given a hot coffee, and then when i asked about the mix up all they said was, “yeah it’s hot” and stared at me rudely until i just took it and left. she offered to pour it over ice but obviously that doesn’t fix the coffee. sad about the customer service today since the drinks and ice cream are great and i’ve had great experiences here in the past.

My girlfriend Asked for iced latte ice cream anf was given it hot whe. We asked aboutit it she said it was hot and left and our friend got a matcha latte and asked for no whipped cream and was given whipped cream

Four All Ice Cream is hands down the best spot for ice cream in KW! We tried their summer flavours of 2025, and every single one was absolutely beautiful and delicious. It is fresh, unique, and full of flavour.

This place has become my go-to for ice cream in Waterloo. Always fantastic, always top-notch. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and stop by. You’ll fall in love with their creations!🍨✨

Fantastic flavors and nice to visit an ice cream shop that caters to those that can have dairy and those that would like great vegan options. Friendly staff. The only drawback was parking.

Recommended: oh my goodness! This ice cream never disappoints. It's a nice little ship with options for purchasing and taking home. They have dairy-free ice cream. All of the ice cream labels say what allergens are in them. And if they're made, they have gluten-free waffle cones.
Right now, they are featuring ice cream tacos or nachos with two scoops, toppings
of your choice, a drizzle of sauce and whipped cream.
They have a dairy-free whipped cream.
Inside the store is very limited seating, but the patio has several tables and chairs under a couple of large umbrellas.
Accessibility shouldn't be a problem. They have an automatic button, flat surface at the threshold and an accessible bathroom. Plus, I love that the bathroom uses paper towels. I hate the hand dryers.

We love this ice cream shop! Every time we come to visit family in Waterloo, we have to come at least once to get some ice cream. Last night and today we had the pleasure of being helped by Vernon! Such a patient, sweet and memorable person! Thanks for the great service :)

Also, portion sizes are amazing for the prices and the vegan options are delicious.

Had the vegan chocolate fudge brownie ice cream and it was so creamy and yummy. The brownie chunks in it were also gluten free! Gluten free waffle cone was so good too ! Made my day
