I'm a regular customer, and this time my experience was very bad, and I've decided not to come here again. There were two guys working the front line. One of them was very rude to me who added rice and beans in my bowl. I asked him for some more rice, and he refused, saying there was already enough. I even asked if they could raise the temperature because it was freezing inside, I was literally shivering while eating and couldn't enjoy the food at all. But the same guy replied that it was fixed and couldn't be changed. Oh, really? I've worked at four restaurants in Waterloo-Kitchener, and I've never seen a fixed temperature setting. We adjust the temperature whenever a customer requests it because customer satisfaction is crucial to business. But this guy didn't even bother. I've also worked at Burrito Boys, and believe me, their service is much better. We've never had customers respond this rudely. Worst experience ever!!!!

Don’t take a job at this place. Owner will took your tips money. I worked there I when I resigned he didn’t gave me my last 1.5 months tips money it’s almost or more than $200. Owner Mr.Patel doesn’t have good attitude with their employees. Please avoid this place. No doubt about Food always good and freshly made. I hope owner will give respect and give tips money their employees expect of putting in his pocket.
