Got food poisoning that lasted for 2 days from a small ground beef quesadilla. Took 7 minutes under the grill for some reason, service was awful. They give the smallest amount of toppings. My quesadilla was orange shortly after I opened it from the amount of oil dripping off it. Food quality was very disgusting and the atmosphere was gross. Never eating here again I advise whoever is reading this review to walk down the street and order from Bar Burrito instead.

So good and affordable. I was pleasantly surprised, I got the tofu burrito and the tofu was seasoned, they have vegan burrito sauce and I could tell everything was fresh. Definitely one of my favourite places to grab something quick and cheap!

I had a terrible experience at this Fresh Burrito location. The service was beyond poor, especially from one of the Indian employees wearing glasses. I ordered three quesadillas, and he told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked if my order was ready, only to be told they hadn't started it because I was standing outside. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced."

Misleading Advertising:
I just went to this location and ordered a ground beef burrito on whole wheat, they asked me if I wanted regular size, I agreed. When I went to cash out the amount was over $14. The poster outside of your restaurant shows that the everyday deal should have been $6.99 plus tax. When I asked why I wasn't charged that amount, they told me that only applies to a small burritos. I checked your website when I got back and there is no small size, just regular and large (see pictures attached).
EDIT: The owner's response below is pointless. I WALKED into this location (no pre-ordering happened). The poster for $6.99 was on the outside of THIS restaurant. That shows me that this location is participating with this special.
How many customers do you mislead with your sign when small is not even an option anywhere on your menu?
Fast food is rightfully seen by many as sacrificing healthy eating choices for the convenience of a quick meal. Fresh Burrito is among the rare exceptions, where you can feel good about your decision :)

They're skimping out a lot on ingredients, and the burritos are tiny now. The guy also got my order wrong. The attached pictures are from the $6.99 everyday special ground beef burrito, which used to be big enough to extend out the bag. Now, they're barely 6 inches. I get that the economy is tough right now, but if you want to give a reason for people to actually buy your food instead of elsewhere or just cooking at home, you have to actually provide some value.
Used to come here regularly since 2019. Likely won't be returning much, if at all. If you filter the reviews by Newest instead of Most Relevant, you'll see lots of people who seem to agree about the quality dipping. It's really not worth your hard-earned dollars anymore. Take your money to Lazeez or somewhere else in the plaza instead.
