We ordered 2 burrito bowls and 1 burrito. When I took the first bite, the rice was very hard and difficult to chew, as if it was old or overcooked. We politely asked the staff if they could change it and make a fresh one. Initially, they did not accept any fault and insisted that the rice was fresh. We explained that we were not saying it wasn’t fresh, only that it was hard to chew. They did not offer any solution on their own no apology, no offer to replace it, nothing. Only after we specifically asked for a new one did they remake it, but even then the quantity was noticeably less than what is normally served. This was a very horrible and disappointing experience, especially for someone who usually enjoys having burritos from here. I expected better customer service and quality.

The staff here is extremely rude and doesn’t care about the customers. We came for dine-in and asked them to adjust the temperature because it was too cold. He responded rudely. The way they treat customers is very bad.

I'm a regular customer, and this time my experience was very bad, and I've decided not to come here again. There were two guys working the front line. One of them was very rude to me who added rice and beans in my bowl. I asked him for some more rice, and he refused, saying there was already enough. I even asked if they could raise the temperature because it was freezing inside, I was literally shivering while eating and couldn't enjoy the food at all. But the same guy replied that it was fixed and couldn't be changed. Oh, really? I've worked at four restaurants in Waterloo-Kitchener, and I've never seen a fixed temperature setting. We adjust the temperature whenever a customer requests it because customer satisfaction is crucial to business. But this guy didn't even bother. I've also worked at Burrito Boys, and believe me, their service is much better. We've never had customers respond this rudely. Worst experience ever!!!!
Food isn’t good and the employees don’t want to help. They keep talking among themselves in a language customers don’t understand, which makes the service feel unclear and uncomfortable. If he doesn’t like his job, someone more qualified should take over. Never again at this branch
