Despite what people say about the food, it's actually fine. BUT GOD FORBID YOU BRING YOUR LAPTOP BAG IN HERE DURING DINNER. This has occurred more than once now, but one of the evening managers seem to have a vendetta against laptop bags, we all know that backpacks aren't allowed inside and that's understandable. BUT THIS ONE MANAGER SEEMS TO REALLY HATE LAPTOP BAGS DESPITE EVERYONE ELSE BEING FINE WITH IT??? LIKE ALL THE OTHER STAFF I'VE MET ARE FINE WITH...
The food here is anything but ordinary it's like what you imagine "white" people eat the no seasoned boiled chicken. If the build your own dishes is available I recommend doing that, the drink machine is mostly empty and they always got Kool aid but other than that their is always water. Now if Laurier sees this y'all aren't off the hook yet sometimes I don't even think these chefs eat what they cook like I have not once seen the white button downed...
1. The taste of the meals is hit and miss. Many meals are tasteless and may be worse on weekends.2. Most of the staff are very kind, but sometimes some people lose their patience, but this is understandable since they have to open for business all day long3. The price is too expensive for students without a meal plan. A certain discount should be considered for all full-time students.
