This place took my online order for $75. When I showed up to pick it up 20 minutes later the restaurant was closed. Owner refused to issue refund, corporate office did not respond to email. Filed fraud claim with police and had to dispute credit card charge.

Missing half my toppings, I use to frequent this place years ago, decided to go tonight. My bowl was missing toppings and my green smoothie was definitely not the same as I use to get. It was just plain with ice. It use to be a little sweeter? Very disappointing, Because I use to love this place, will try a different location next time.
This was not a mobile order, can tell the owner has no care for this business as he/she uses AI to reply. Shame. this place will not make it. Looks like all the reviews are the same.

Placed a takeout order around 1:30, expecting to make an order. I got an automated email that the order would be ready at 3:00. I guess that's the new opening time for lunch. Anyways, I got an email at 2:38 pm saying the order would be ready at 3:00. At 3:00 I arrived. The door was locked and no lights were on. I waited 10 minutes; same story. I wasted $17, never got my food, and will not be returning.

Sadly zero isn’t an option. Our order has been wrong several times so I decided to no longer order here. Today we tried to give it another chance. Not only did they keep delaying the order by half hour but now they cancelled it. Order already placed for the family, including small children, waited 30mins and now just cancelled without any call or comments. Horrible. Never again. The service is SO bad. This location needs to be closed or put under new management.

I ordered a poke tuna bowl through uber eats and there was barely any tuna in it.. i get stuff happens sometimes but im sad i got like no tuna and the avocado was hard.. if you don’t have enough to make it late at night dont accept the order :(

Measly portions, almost no sauce provided in the bowl. There was less than 1/4 of an avocado provided in the Cobb salad without bacon I ordered. This chain has really gone downhill over the last few years. Won't be back. $17 for a very unfulfilling salad.

Really bad service. Went in AC wasn’t working on a blazing hot day. One employee was on shift and he was working extremely slowly while trying to balance online deliveries and in store orders (online deliveries took priority). Not only did my order take over 40 minutes, only being made after I reminded the employee, when I finally got my smoothie it tasted like literal mud water. Completely inedible, I had to throw it out after two sips.

I sympathized with the employee since he was working alone, had a long line and online orders to manage. But there’s no excuse for why a smoothie would take 40 minutes to make and for it to taste as bad as it did.

One of the absolute worst Freshii franchises I've been to. The service was terrible, the girl at the front seemed like she couldn't understand what we were asking for most of the time. There were many fruit flies around, which is always a sign of filth or something's rotting somewhere. My friend and I ordered the Oaxca bowl, one of my usual favorites, but the kale seemed expired, and none of the food tasted fresh at all. I could only eat almost half the bowl, but just tossed it out in the end with a bad taste in my mouth. Do not recommend, seems like the owner is trying their best to save money/ cut corners, and the overall quality has been impacted as a result.

I go at 8pm, it shows it's open on the store. There is absolutely no one there. Waited for 15mins and looked around but there is no one here, plus it was locked. I don't understand how is this establishment running?

My husband got a food a day ago from here, it was the bowl, and as it comes from the name, supposed to be fresh, but then in middle of eating he noticed that the food smell weird, so he stopped eating, but guess what, he got food poisson, we spent whole night at hospital and had been through so much pain, he said when he went to the store it seemed that AC was not working properly. defiantly not a healthy place to go!!!!
