At freshii, apparently adding $3 to your base order for protein gets you precisely three slivers of meat. $1 per slice. The picture sets one up with vastly different expectations. Rip off. I've deducted precisely 1 star for each dollar wasted.

255 King st N. - super dishonest. Didn’t tell me before I ordered my wrap that half the ingredients in it would not be available and I would have to come up with substitutions for them. Three other people in the restaurant that went through the same thing so it’s not like it was a surprise… not cool. I order from here on a pretty regular basis and will not be coming back ever. If you do choose to eat here I would say just make sure to ask if they actually have stock of what you want to eat BEFORE you pay… cause they certainly won’t tell you…

I came at about 9 pm at night and they only had one employee working for a line of about 12 people. I paid $50 for two burritos and two smoothies and I waited for 25 minutes to get my food. Freshii needs to pay more employees to make their service faster and more efficient. Prices are absurd. Overall, pretty disappointed

Just ordered Cobb salad off uber eats. Paid for extra corn. Gave me no corn and the salad had no bacon. Won’t order again.

I ordered the TexMex bowl last night through Uber Eats. They had a Buy 1, Get 1 deal on so I received two bowls with these disgusting rotten avocados. One of my husband’s bowls had a long hair in it. Absolutely disgusting!!

Back in the day I used to come to this Freshii all the time- almost daily. Back then it was new, fresh, busy & several people working. It feels like Freshii is dropping off now though. It feels dated inside (although I'll give them credit, it was clean at least) and one person working shows it's not busy anymore. Lastly, portion size was smaller than I remember. Feels like a shadow of what it once was.

Staff needs to relax with the sauce. I ordered a Buddha satay bowl but could only finish half because the rest of it was complerely saturated in peanut sauce. I didn't order extra sauce either
