This is the worst!!! Cold rice! Barely any sauce ! Paid 20 dollars for salmon bowl! Stay away and take your money else where please

Measly portions, almost no sauce provided in the bowl. There was less than 1/4 of an avocado provided in the Cobb salad without bacon I ordered. This chain has really gone downhill over the last few years. Won't be back. $17 for a very unfulfilling salad.

I am giving zero star this shop is so bad when it comes to service they make us wait too much when they say 5 minutes it means 40 minutes so ridiculous and the staff so bad.

Really bad service. Went in AC wasn’t working on a blazing hot day. One employee was on shift and he was working extremely slowly while trying to balance online deliveries and in store orders (online deliveries took priority). Not only did my order take over 40 minutes, only being made after I reminded the employee, when I finally got my smoothie it tasted like literal mud water. Completely inedible, I had to throw it out after two sips.
I sympathized with the employee since he was working alone, had a long line and online orders to manage. But there’s no excuse for why a smoothie would take 40 minutes to make and for it to taste as bad as it did.

One of the absolute worst Freshii franchises I've been to. The service was terrible, the girl at the front seemed like she couldn't understand what we were asking for most of the time. There were many fruit flies around, which is always a sign of filth or something's rotting somewhere. My friend and I ordered the Oaxca bowl, one of my usual favorites, but the kale seemed expired, and none of the food tasted fresh at all. I could only eat almost half the bowl, but just tossed it out in the end with a bad taste in my mouth. Do not recommend, seems like the owner is trying their best to save money/ cut corners, and the overall quality has been impacted as a result.

I go at 8pm, it shows it's open on the store. There is absolutely no one there. Waited for 15mins and looked around but there is no one here, plus it was locked. I don't understand how is this establishment running?
My husband got a food a day ago from here, it was the bowl, and as it comes from the name, supposed to be fresh, but then in middle of eating he noticed that the food smell weird, so he stopped eating, but guess what, he got food poisson, we spent whole night at hospital and had been through so much pain, he said when he went to the store it seemed that AC was not working properly. defiantly not a healthy place to go!!!!

this place is horible i asked for a açai bowl and this guy put a runny smoothi in a bowl with chunks of fruit in it. he called his friend to ask what it was.

At freshii, apparently adding $3 to your base order for protein gets you precisely three slivers of meat. $1 per slice. The picture sets one up with vastly different expectations. Rip off. I've deducted precisely 1 star for each dollar wasted.
255 King st N. - super dishonest. Didn’t tell me before I ordered my wrap that half the ingredients in it would not be available and I would have to come up with substitutions for them. Three other people in the restaurant that went through the same thing so it’s not like it was a surprise… not cool. I order from here on a pretty regular basis and will not be coming back ever. If you do choose to eat here I would say just make sure to ask if they actually have stock of what you want to eat BEFORE you pay… cause they certainly won’t tell you…
I came at about 9 pm at night and they only had one employee working for a line of about 12 people. I paid $50 for two burritos and two smoothies and I waited for 25 minutes to get my food. Freshii needs to pay more employees to make their service faster and more efficient. Prices are absurd. Overall, pretty disappointed
Just ordered Cobb salad off uber eats. Paid for extra corn. Gave me no corn and the salad had no bacon. Won’t order again.
I ordered the TexMex bowl last night through Uber Eats. They had a Buy 1, Get 1 deal on so I received two bowls with these disgusting rotten avocados. One of my husband’s bowls had a long hair in it. Absolutely disgusting!!
