My “go-to” lunch! The store is always clean and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of food options to choose from. The service is excellent, all personnel are consistently polite, warm, and attentive. They’re always ready to answer any questions about the food. Kudos to the whole team! 👍🏻

Nice spot for a healthy meal. Bright, clean, inviting shop. We were greeted right away! I suggest the Budha Bowl it has a nice spicy peanut sauce with glass noodles and fresh veggies.
Lots of parking in this newish development. A few tables and a high table with stools available to enjoy dine in.

The food tastes great and there's no denying that but the portion size that you receive for the amount you pay is outrageous. Sadly the portion size is very small for paying 15$ for a bowl. Being left hungry should not be the goal but after reading some of the comments it seems like it's a common theme.

I really like this specific location, everyone was super nice and food was delicious, I felt it was a good deal for the amount of rice and protein in the bowl.

We are frequent customers to Freshii in our area (Burlington) - lots of great options for us as vegetarians. We tried this location (waterloo) on Saturday, and we were so disappointed....the smoothie bowl was super watery, and the fruit was hard/under ripe. The rice/salad bowl had a crazy amount of sauce that couldn't even be soaked up by the rice. Much of our dinner ended up in the garbage. Despite our negative opinion of the food, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.
I come here almost every week and I can’t get enough! The Restaurant is always very clean and staff very friendly. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Everything is always fresh and portions are very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend it enough
I am a big advocate of healthy food & slalds. I had a Fiesta Salad from Freshii and really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

I walked out of the restaurant yesterday after placing my order. I went in fully accepting that I was too lazy to bring my own dinner to work, and in exchange was going to overpay for something from a restaurant. And that's totally fine, I eat in restaurants a lot for that very reason. But when I got to the end of ordering my bowl that was about to cost me $16, I casually asked, "Oh, and could you throw on a bit of hot sauce?"The man leaned over the counter, cancelled the transaction, and said that he had to start the order over again.I was stunned.I asked him, incredulously, whether he was CHARGING me for a few drops of hot sauce, and he said yes.As if surprised by my question, he explained that 'We have to buy it, so we have to charge for it.'If you are not astounded by this, you're wasting your time reading my review. This is a new low. I KNOW that times are tough and that costs are high, but this extent of greed is so insulting that I cancelled my order, expressed how lame I thought this policy was, and left. What are they going to charge for next? Utensils? Napkins? Toilet paper? So in exchange for the incalculably low cost of a bit of hot sauce, Freshii has lost an occasional customer (I've frequently eaten at the one in Toronto on Bloor St. W. and NEVER paid for hot sauce.)
Freshii serves up healthy options of bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies and juices. The food tastes good and you get a good variety of ingredients in each dish, it is very convenient compared to trying to replicate the same thing at home. I feel it is on the pricier side so the value is debatable.Service was quick and friendly.

I went in on August 2nd at 7:30 pm - hours posted that it closes at 8 pmAll the chairs were already on the tables. I ordered the Buddha bowl and the noodles are hard and not cooked properly - asked for edamame, which I’m sure I paid extra for and none was added. This isn’t the first time this has happened .. I don’t know why I tried again :(But the employees shouldn’t be closing the restaurant before closing time. Will not go back !
