Was looking at the menu to decide what to order, the employee looked at me and did not say anything while he was serving the customer before me. When i was about to order he denied saying not taking any orders without even earlier letting me know that he wouldn’t take order. The closing time was 9 pm more than 3 hours before he denied to serve.
What a pathetic employee and what a disappointing customer handling.
After looking at the existing reviews, I came to know its not a new thing here as I could see alot of 1 star reviews.
The mango was spoiled for sure. Even the colour was off.

Worst experience ever!
Very disappointing experience at this location. The juices are pre-made (except orange &sugarcane), but this wasn’t communicated upfront. The pineapple juice tasted like sugary syrup, and the sugarcane juice was extremely watery—I paid $10.99 for it and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. There were three people working at the time, and all of them were very rude, unclear with their answers, and completely unprofessional. Customer service was unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars or even a negative rating. Not recommended at all.

The worst drink and rudest guy who thinks the customers are buying stuff for free. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Kindly request to change the pathetic employee or his attitude.
Reached at 8.50 still 10 mins to close but denied with almost all the things and just some juices were available. This is not acceptable when you charge $9.9 for a Medium Sized Mango Slush.
On the other hand we visited Real Fruit Bubble Tea and was served well with good hospitality and more cleanliness and good hospitable environment.
Taste was very inferior when compared to Real Fruit for $7.9

The employee roll his eyes the moment we step in the shop and he is very frustrated at that moment so its very disappointing behaviour towards the customer.

Well was here on April 8 at around 4:20 pm to get a milkshake and dude there was so rude to his costumers even an elderly man and got only two answers for every question “NO” and “I CANT” thats itt!! and after making my glass pf milkshake dude straight up banged the glass as if i was not paying for one , really rude behavior and really disappointed with that behavior would be great if some action is taken against that employee.

I visited Freshly Squeezed today and was extremely disappointed. There was one employee working, and his behavior was unacceptable. He was very rude, and to make matters worse, he banged the smoothie down on the table in a manner that felt both careless and unprofessional. The atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. I left feeling that the service provided was far from what I expected.
I hope they address this issue that occurred (April 8, 2025, 4:18 PM) so that other customers don’t have to endure a similar experience

That indian lady working there is soo unprofessional and mean. I was the only one in the store waiting to place the order....she saw me and still chose to ignore and kept using her phone. So unprofessional ! NOT COMING BACK!

Went to Freshly Squeezed at Conestoga on Jan 23 around 5:30 PM, and the experience was straight-up bad. The guy working there was glued to his phone, barely paying attention to customers. No smile, no greeting—just rushing to get my order done so he could get back to his phone.
To top it off, the shake was made with super bad banana, and the taste was awful. Honestly, this kind of service isn’t it. Hope the management steps up and fixes this.

Not as healthy or fresh as I expected… the strawberry banana smoothie was FILLED WITH SUGAR. A lot of slush too. How is that a smoothie? That’s a slushie. Save your money

Made the mistake of getting a vegetable one that costs $7 for a small. That is insane... Customer service is non-existent. Unenthusiastic with no eye contact, not even a thank you.
I can tell they have been taken over by management from India, serving overpriced, watered down vegetable juice. It looks and tastes like some ingredients they already juiced it a few days ago and put it on the fridge. Then, when a customer requests it, they take it out of the fridge to be blended with ice.
