terrible experience just now, undercooked wings, soggy pizza, toppings all slide off, warm at best ... thoroughly disappointed and took 30 minutes longer than stated... will not be fooled again and will find another pizza place... lost a loyal customer, good job! 👍

Was having a great conversation about the weather with one of the managers while waiting for my pizza, it was good until she said “does it snow in the country you’re from?” . Craziest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. However, I can’t lie the pizza was amazing and absolutely hit the spot. Other than the blatant racism this spot would’ve been my go to.

Long time staple of the neighborhood, family operated for decades, local. Consistent food, always tasty. They will go out of their way to make sure the costumer is satisfied. One of 3 waterloo pizza joints i will always recommend. If you haven't indulged, there no better time than the present

I came and got a pizza recently from here Gino’s Bridgeport plaza Waterloo.Pizza was super thin and nothing like it used to be. The pizza was so thin the slices fell down not ok. The taste was average. Recommend you go elsewhere and not waste your time or money here.Unacceptable!!!!

I went in to buy 2 combos of 2 slices and a pop each... she wanted me to pay 26$ for both. She kept saying 2 x combo at 6.75 each plus 10$ . I told her I didn't understand the plus 10$ she says the combo is only with one slice and it's 5$ a slice extra. Needless to say, I walked out and went across the street where I paid less for 2 combos wich included 2 slice and a pop each. Terrible experience... never going there again.

Very dry pizza, hardly any cheese. Expensive and tasteless pizza and cheese bread. Definitely won't be eating there again.

Tried to charge me $16.50 for 3 slices of pizza. Avoid this place. They're robbing you.

I recently had the opportunity to try Gino's Pizza on three separate occasions, and I must say that each time I was thoroughly impressed with the consistent taste and prompt service. One of the things that stood out to me about Gino's Pizza was the fact that the taste was exactly as I expected. The flavors were delicious, and the quality of the ingredients used was apparent in every bite. Whether it was a classic Margherita or a specialty pizza, the taste was consistently satisfying. This level of consistency is a testament to the care and attention that goes into each pizza they make. Not only was the taste on point, but Gino's Pizza also excelled in their service. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they consistently served the pizza earlier than the estimated time. This meant less waiting time for me, which was greatly appreciated. Their efficiency in preparing and delivering the order was impressive, and it made the overall experience even more enjoyable. In terms of pricing, Gino's Pizza falls into the normal range. While it may not be the cheapest option available, the quality of their pizzas justifies the cost. The value for money is certainly there, especially considering the consistent taste and service they provide.Overall, I highly recommend Gino's Pizza based on my experiences. Whether it's the reliable and delicious taste, the prompt service, or the reasonable prices, they consistently deliver a satisfying pizza experience. I will definitely be returning for more tasty pies in the future.

It sucks that this is the Gino's that is around the corner from my house. Last night was one too many bad experiences here without me writing a mediocre review. Pizza was way too thin, bent like paper, ingredients slid right off, and the whole thing was undercooked. There are 2 other Ginos I order from and it feels like completely different restaurants. Those places are amazing. This one, unfortunately, I will avoid from now on. About 1 in 3 orders lately have been failures here.

I had loved this place and ordered quite frequently for years! Unfortunately I'm not sure if new owners, or new rules but it's gone downhill.I ordered a pizza WELL DONE with pepperoni and bacon. Not only was the bacon weirdly squishy (?) It was also undercooked. The pizza wasn't cut correctly and so you had to pull it apart which made for it to be even more unappetizing. It was a waste of $40. I'll consider dominos over this place next time I want some mediocre pizza (at least it'll be edible & your stomach won't start turning after ONE slice).
